Hot spring water was smooth. Faint sulfur scent. Indoor and outdoor baths were very hot. Perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The menu is compact but thoughtful. They really let the local Niigata ingredients shine. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the mountain vegetables had such a clean, delicate flavor. A very pleasant and focused meal.

The omakase nigiri lunch. The medium-fatty tuna was the standout, so fresh. The rice texture was just right, good vinegar balance. Sweet shrimp was nice too.
