Great caipirinhas, especially the seriguela one. Drinks are the main reason to come here. Food's been hit or miss lately, but that's fine when the bar is this good.

Been coming here for a while now and the buffet never disappoints. Salad bar's always fresh, which is rare for these kilo spots. The Japanese corner is a nice touch too. Desserts are solid — that bem casado pie keeps me coming back honestly. Place gets busy around noon but it's worth it.

The pastel de frango com catupiry was spot on, crispy and the filling was generous. Service stayed friendly even when the place filled up. They took time to explain the menu, which I appreciated. I had a caipirinha alongside, and it cut through the fried pastry nicely. Maybe a touch more salt on the crust, but that's me being picky.

The executive lunch here is solid for the price. I had the gnocchi with gorgonzola and it was the best thing on the table. Set menu has enough variety too. Only thing is the space is tight and gets loud, so not the spot if you want a quiet chat. But for a quick workday meal, it works.

The quindim was perfectly sweet, just the right way to end the meal. Nice spot to sit down after wandering the gardens.

The kale salad was fresh and crisp, exactly what I needed after a heavy week. I liked that they had a few lighter options on the menu. Service was a bit slow though, we waited a while for our food and even longer for the bill. But the ingredients felt quality, so I didn't mind too much.

The all-you-can-eat deal is solid. Fried stuff came out hot and crispy, plenty of variety too. Service kept up even when it was packed.

Henrique was a decent waiter, spoke good English and gave us some solid local tips. The complimentary sparkling wine was a nice touch. Food was pretty good too.

The food was decent, really. I had the grilled fish and it came out fresh, nicely seasoned. Portion size was fair. My only small gripe is the bill—felt a bit steep for what you get. Not outrageous, just on the higher side. Place was busy for a Tuesday, so that says something. I'd probably come back, but maybe just for a lighter lunch.

The self-service barbecue here is really good, especially the picanha. Place is clean and organized, service was quick too. Solid spot right in the center of Petrópolis.

Márcia took care of us the whole night, super attentive without being pushy. That kind of service you don't see often, especially at this price point.

Steady quality every visit — ribeye was tender, and the tables felt private for a mall spot. Fair price, too.

The buffet spread had a good mix of stuff and everything I tried was pretty tasty. Service got a bit scattered once it got busy, but nothing crazy.

Broth risotto with pulled rib was solid. Coconut ice cream cake with dulce de leche hit the spot too. Rafael and Isabella took care of us well.

Solid sushi spot in Centro. Buffet style, lots of options, fish tasted fresh. Not the cheapest per kilo though, you'll feel it on the bill. Good for a quick lunch if you're nearby.

Great wine bar in Botafogo! Happy hour wine by the glass is a solid deal. Food's tasty but portions run small—definitely order a few things to share.

Came here after shopping at Rio Sul, place is right there so super easy. Got the grilled shrimp with veggies, really tasty, well seasoned. Menu has a bit of everything, seafood, meat, salads. Prices fair for what you get, not cheap but not crazy either. Service was ok, nothing special but fine.

The food was solid and the price felt fair for what you get. Loved the jazz in the background, made the place feel cozy. Service was a bit slow though, took forever to get the bill.

The grilled octopus was spot on. Tender, smoky, just the right amount of salt. Had the picanha too, decent but the octopus is the move. Place gets busy around 8, so go a bit earlier if you want a table without waiting.

Beef tartare and the risottos were spot on, full of flavor. Cozy spot, good for a casual night out. Service was friendly, no complaints.

Right on Leblon beach, can't beat the spot. Pastéis were actually the best I had in Rio, no joke. Cocktails decent too. Service was fine, nothing fancy but friendly enough.

Stopped by for lunch and got the Mediterranean plate. Philipe took care of us, super attentive without hovering. Food was fresh, the hummus really stood out. Place gets busy around noon, so expect a bit of a wait. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

Came in for happy hour and ended up staying for dinner. The cocktails were a bit light for my taste, but the food felt really fresh. I had a salad with greens that actually tasted like they were picked that day. Nice calm vibe too. Good spot if you care about ingredients.

The view of the racetrack and mountains is really something, especially during racing season. Food was fresh, service was warm. Decent spot to stop after a walk in the botanical garden.

The vegan options here surprised me — really fresh ingredients and a nice take on Amazonian dishes. Menu has good variety too. Just wish they had a few more choices for non-vegans.

The waiter pushed the 10% service fee in cash or Pix—felt a bit aggressive, though the caipirinha pairing was solid.

Decent spot. The owner came by and told us a bit about the family history behind the kitchen. Food was pretty good, well presented. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger.

Been coming here for a while now. Burgers are always cooked right, and the Belgian fries with bacon never disappoint. Even when it's packed, service stays quick.

Cozy spot, that’s for sure. Sat outside on the veranda and it was pretty chill. Staff came by just enough, not hovering. Had a good time just hanging out, no rush. Place has a nice vibe to it. 👍

The weekday exec lunch here is solid — got the tasting menu and everything came out quick. Classic dishes but with a little twist, nothing crazy. The wine bar next door is a nice touch if you're already in the area. Food's been consistent every time I've dropped by.
