First time here and the staff were so nice! They remembered my name and chatted about the menu. The food was good, but honestly, the service made it. Felt really welcome.

Great spot for a quick lunch. Fish and chips came out fast and hot, perfect when you're short on time. Staff were friendly and efficient. The toilets were a nice bonus, spacious and clean. Just what you need for a speedy bite.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, which really made the evening relaxed. The atmosphere was lovely too. My only small note is that the seating is a bit close together, but the service more than made up for it.

Nice spot for a quiet dinner. The vibe is clean and relaxed, just what we needed. Had the grilled sea bass, which was simple but cooked well. Service was fine, nothing fancy. A bit on the pricier side for what it is, but okay for a casual catch-up.

The Scottish breakfast was just what I needed. The mushrooms were particularly good, really flavourful. It's a solid choice for a filling meal. The staff were friendly and the whole thing was just easy and comfortable.

Came for lunch with a few mates. The chicken tikka flatbread was a proper portion and so good! Beth was lovely, and the chef even popped out to say hello. Nice spot for a catch-up.

The Murgh Mango was the star for me. That chicken tikka with the sweet mango and crunchy almonds? So good, I'm already thinking about my next order.

The staff were really on it, topping up water and wine before you even noticed. Great vibe. The food was spot on, and the house red they suggested went perfectly with the lamb. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The pork with crispy crackling is a must-try. Generous portions and perfectly cooked for a Sunday lunch.

Busy, casual place. The tom yum soup is the real deal, really packs a punch and warms you right up. That's the one to get.

Service was really nice. They were friendly and quick, but didn't feel rushed. Just a good, easy vibe.

The decaf coffee here is freshly ground, not bitter at all. I'm pretty picky about that. For £3.50, it's a solid cup. Most places just serve that stale, burnt-tasting stuff. This one's actually good.

The spicy seafood ramen is a solid choice, really hits the spot. The place always has a good buzz and music, perfect for catching up with mates. Just wish the tables weren't so close together, makes it a bit tricky to chat.

Sat at the bar and had the grilled halibut. The wine list had a few interesting local whites that paired really well with it.

Best wrap I've had. They actually wrap it properly so it doesn't fall apart. Partner's mixed kebab was good too.

Loved the mussel and asparagus risotto here. It was creamy but the asparagus still had a nice bite to it. A proper Sicilian spot, service was quick too.

Been a few times now, the food's always fresh and spot on. Cocktail list is extensive, which I appreciate. Had a nice Old Fashioned that paired well with the steak. Bit on the pricey side for drinks, but they're well made.

The team here is on point. Jamie and Dylan were brilliant, really knew their stuff. They suggested a fantastic local red to go with the steak, spot on pairing. Made the whole evening.

Came for the Sunday roast. The lamb was really tasty, and the Yorkshire pudding was great. Portions are generous, you definitely won't leave hungry. A bit on the pricier side for a roast, but you get what you pay for in terms of size.

The pub’s under new management and it shows. Had a decent, hearty meal here last week—good value for the portion. The atmosphere was pretty nice, though service was a touch slow.

Came for the weekend breakfast. The mushrooms on toast were really tasty, I used the sourdough to get all the sauce. For what you get, the portion felt a bit small for the price though.

Really solid Thai spot in Newcastle. The green curry had the perfect level of heat, and the portion was generous for the price.

Came back for a second visit, and the food is still lovely. The staff are friendly too. But I did notice the portion sizes for the main courses seem a bit smaller than last time. Still tasty, just something to note if you're hungry.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, which made the whole evening really relaxed. They were happy to explain the menu and didn’t rush us at all. It’s nice when service feels genuine and not just a routine.

Food was spot on, really generous portions. The meat dishes were especially good, tender and full of flavour.

The team were so calm when a table got a bit loud. They offered us a move to a quieter spot straight away, no drama. Just handled it.
