Stopped by for a late lunch with a friend and grabbed a table outside. The tapas were pretty good, nothing mind-blowing but solid. Staff actually took time to walk us through the menu, which was nice. Outdoor seating is the real winner here, perfect for people-watching. A couple of dishes fell flat but I’d still come back for the vibe 🌿

We sat outside but moved in when it got cold—staff handled it fine, even with our dog. Food was decent, nothing flashy. Had the grilled fish, pretty good. Place has a nice casual vibe, not too loud. Would come back if in the area.

Great spot right in the centre, easy to find. We waited maybe 20 mins without a reservation, so book ahead if you can. Food was solid, nothing crazy but tasty. Prices felt a bit high for the portions though. Fine for a quick bite if you're in the area.

The fjord view is honestly the main reason to come. Stopped for coffee, ended up staying longer than planned. Waffles were pretty solid too.

Been coming here for a while now, and the salmon dishes never miss. Gravlax was spot on again this time, just like the last few visits. Maria remembered us and took care of everything without us asking. Place gets busy, but the food keeps me coming back.

Food was decent and the local lager paired well. Our waitress was friendly and professional the whole time. Pretty solid spot.

The egg and bacon sandwich was really good, fresh and filling. Cute little place for a catch-up with friends, not too loud either. 🍰

The yaprak menu is still my go-to here. Portions are proper, and the meat was cooked just right. Got there by bus, pretty easy. Only thing is parking looks like a hassle if you drive, but I didn't have to deal with that. Food came out fast too, which I appreciated.

Pizza was solid and the vibe outside was nice, even if it got a bit tight later. Fine spot for a beer after a movie. 🍕

Came here for lunch last week. Upstairs is way quieter than the street level, which I appreciated. Had the linguine with seafood in tomato sauce — decent portion, sauce had good flavor. Focaccia was nice for mopping up the rest. Nothing fancy, but solid. Maybe a bit slow between courses, but I wasn't in a rush.

Stopped by for a quick bite and grabbed the soft ice cream—solid choice. Also had the local thing: fries with mashed potatoes and sausage. Hearty, a bit heavy, but that’s kind of the point. Would’ve liked a beer to wash it down, but they only do soft drinks. Fine for what it is.

Decent food and drinks, comfortable enough setting. Staff were friendly and service-minded. Pretty good spot for a relaxed evening.

The chili roy pizza had a proper kick from that aioli. Place was loud when we popped in, but honestly the food made up for it.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and honestly the place has that small-town charm. Owner said hi when I walked in, which was nice. Portion size was decent for the price, didn't leave hungry. It's not fancy but you get what you pay for. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The meat was really tender, that stood out. Place looks great too, nice setting. Service friendly enough. Had dinner here with some colleagues, worked well for that. Food overall very good, nothing to complain about really. Just a solid spot if you're in the area.

Nice spot right by the water. Felt like a local hangout more than a tourist trap. Good vibe, nothing fancy.

Lovely little place right on the main street. The Norwegian waffles were proper good. Staff were friendly too. Cozy enough for a quick bite.

We stopped by for a quick dinner and the service really stood out. Moni checked on us just enough, not too much. Jorge’s sushi was fresh and tasty, lived up to what people say. I sat by the window, chair was comfortable, no rush to leave. A solid spot if you’re staying in Namsos for a while.

The reindeer fillet was really tender, proper flavor in every bite. That was the standout for me. Staff handled my food allergy questions without making me feel awkward about it. Place itself is fine, nothing fancy but comfortable enough. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger for what you pay. Solid meal overall though.

The beef tenderloin was spot on, and that cherry mousse with cheese plate ended things nicely. Stockfish was a bit chewy for me, though they did explain the traditional drying process. Cozy spot in the center.

Good chocolate selection. Food's solid too, place has its own vibe. A bit different from the usual spots.

Stopped by for a coffee and ended up trying the pizza with deer meat. That was the highlight, honestly. The sourdough is decent too, and they've got lemse and pjalt if you want something traditional. Place was a bit busy, but fine for a quick bite. Prices are fair for what you get.

The outside looks a bit plain, but inside it’s got this warm, low-key vibe. We just let the staff pick for us, and everything came out really tasty. Nothing fancy, just honest food done right. I’d go back just for that quiet, comfortable feeling.

The dry-aged steak was really good. Cooked just right, nice and tender. I could taste the quality of the meat. Sitting by the water made it even better. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price. But overall a solid spot if you care about good beef.

Came here on a busy evening by the harbor, and honestly, the fish soup was the highlight. Rich, creamy, full of flavor. Service kept up even with the crowd, which I didn’t expect. Place is a bit loud, but it adds to the vibe. Would go back just for that soup. 🐟

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Pizza came out fast, hot, and crispy. Kids menu has pasta, not just nuggets—that was a nice surprise. Place was busy but we still got our food in good time. Solid if you need a fast bite and don't want to argue with the little ones about what to eat.

The cakes aren’t what they used to be, but the coffee still hits the spot. Such a pretty location though. Tables weren’t cleared right away, which was a bit annoying. Service felt a little uneven, but I’d still stop by for a cup if I’m in the area.

The view over the lake really does most of the work here. Sat outside, just watching the water while eating. Pasta was a bit salty though, couldn't quite finish it. Still, a nice spot to linger over a glass of wine. Would come back for the setting alone.

The Caesar salad was actually decent—creamy dressing, not overdrenched. Staff checked in just enough without hovering. For a hotel restaurant, that's more than I expected. Place was a bit quiet for a Friday night, but fine if you want an easy meal without leaving the building.

Solid burger, cooked properly and juicy. Sweet fries were a decent side. Quick stop, no complaints. Would come back if in the area.
