Been coming here for years. They still fry their chips in beef dripping, which is getting rare these days. The cod is always spot on.

Hayley was a great waitress. She made sure we got our food quickly, which I really appreciated. Jaz&#39;s cocktails were a nice touch too.

Decent veggie options. They actually seem to put thought into the plant-based menu, which is nice. Had the mushroom risotto, solid choice.

The cod and prawn linguine was really creamy, just the right amount. The prawns were plump and fresh. Menu&#39;s got a fair few options, but I was happy sticking with this one.

Been a few times now, it&#39;s a solid spot. The lasagne is my usual order, never lets me down. Staff are really friendly and helpful, makes it easy to relax.

The pad thai is cooked fresh right in front of you, which is a nice touch. The green curry had such authentic, layered flavours.

The Sunday roast is a real treat here. The pork belly was cooked just right, and the portions are very generous. What I really appreciated was how comfortable the booths were &ndash; made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.

The early bird set menu is a solid deal. The mushroom basket starter was good, a simple, home-cooked style. The grilled chicken chasseur that followed was the same&mdash;honest, filling portions. Nothing fancy, just proper food.
