Supposedly one of the trendiest places to be for brunch in Melbourne. The place is a sim with a chic decor with a refurbished power station as a backdrop. The food is not bad but it is slightly below expectations for me, given the raving reviews that everyone has been giving this place. The dark rye and chives waffle was the better dish among what we ordered. Chilli scrambled eggs had also a good kick to it with the spicy twist. Blueberry and ricotta hotcakes were not fluffy and soft enough but the taste of the toppings were good. Coffee was average for me. Try to go early or make reservations as the place filled up quickly given its popularity for a brunch spot for tourists or business people alike even for a weekday.

The Coffee Anthology really lives up to its reputation as one of the best cafes in the world. The food was attentively prepared and absolutely delicious, it&#39;s a great place to stop by for both breakfast and lunch. The staff is very welcoming and nice, and the ambiance really sets the mood. Love the service, atmosphere and food. Highly recommend this cafe!!

This place is a hidden gem. Simple, though staff and food are just lovely. Coffee wasn&#39;t too bad either. Park anywhere on Railway Ave for short walk to the Cafe.We both had eggs on toast, one with mushrooms, one with Bacon &amp; avo. Eggs pretty much perfect.
