Found this place by the river, quite by accident. Food was solid, nothing fancy but done right. Service stayed attentive even when it got busy. The terrace though &mdash; that&#39;s the real draw. Watching the water while eating, pretty peaceful. Prices are a bit steep, but you&#39;re paying for that view, I guess. Wouldn&#39;t come here every week, but for a slow afternoon, it works.
