Bang Bang Shrimp was the move. Perfectly spiced and full of flavor, even on a packed Friday night.

Grabbed lunch here at the Hanover Inn after walking around Dartmouth. The location is so convenient. I tried the lobster roll&mdash;fresh and not too heavy, perfect for a quick bite. The dining room was quiet and relaxing.

The trio of creme brulees was a fun way to end the night with friends. Orange, ginger, and maple&mdash;we each picked a favorite!

Love the new renovation! It&rsquo;s so bright and airy now. The seating is really comfortable, perfect for just grabbing a coffee and relaxing for a bit. A nice change from the old space.

The dirty martini is the move here. They don&#39;t skimp on the olive brine or the gin, you get a proper pour. It&#39;s a bit on the expensive side, but you can taste the quality in the glass.

Laura, the manager, provided solid menu recommendations during our business lunch. Service was responsive and efficient. The overall experience was smooth and professional.

The turkey sandwich had nice big chunks of real turkey, and the tomato soup was far better than typical roadside fare. Even the pickles were tastier than expected.

Kiara was so nice when we walked in, really set a good vibe for our group hang. The burger? Unreal. That&#39;s all we talked about after. The poke bowl was solid too. They definitely know what they&#39;re doing with the food here.

Sat outside by the pond for a working lunch. The maple bacon Brussels sprouts were solid, good flavor. The water wheel is a nice touch, makes it quiet. Service was efficient, got in and out in under an hour.

The chai latte here is the best I&#39;ve had in town. It was just the right thing for a chilly afternoon. The spice blend was really well-balanced, and it paired nicely with their house-made biscotti. A solid choice for a warm drink.

Burgers were solid. Juicy patty, fresh beef. Onion rings and fries were good too. Nothing fancy, just a decent meal.

Been coming here for years. That pub burger with onion rings is always fresh, hot, and cooked just right. It&rsquo;s my go-to. You can count on it.

*Worst dining experience* I&#39;ve ever had, *no thanks* to the &quot;district manager&quot; named Rob, who -not only- appeared to be under the influence,  but -also- was VERY emotionally dysregulated and incapable of appropriately interacting with loyal customers.Today was the first time in over 2 decades as a loyal customer that I have ever had a complaint. I politely explained the situation and the &#39;manager&#39; responded very loudly and rudely stating, &quot;Look&#39;s like your just trying to be cheap and get out of paying for your meal because you can&#39;t afford it&quot;.... Mind you, prior to working in the medical field I was a manager for YEARS and never would even consider speaking to a customer in such a tone nor so disrespectfully to a military family.... in any case a professional manager would have come to the table and handled a simple customer complaint much better. It&#39;s literally part of the job description -AND- mind you, this was my first complaint ever. He did not even offer to re-make any of the food, again made multiple comments about how we &quot;can&#39;t seem to afford the bill&quot;, told me to &quot;pay the bill or he would call the cops.&quot; Thinking in the back of my mind how that would be a funny situation because the police would probably look right at him and ask if he is under the influence -or- why he is so aggressive and dysregulated. Such an inappropriate display from a &quot;manager.&quot; When I opened my wallet to get my visa he looked down at my military ID and rudely made a comment about how &quot;we don&#39;t care that you are military, we don&#39;t do that here&quot; which was very random.... and then he walked away making comments as he headed back to the kitchen... The elderly couple sitting near me asked if I wanted a recording of this to send to corporate. By this point I was not going to tolerate being disrespected any further by this terrible example of management and was thoroughly disgusted by this man&#39;s grotesque behavior. What a nightmare dining experience, this guy is not manager material!
