The ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious! Particularly enjoyed the meatballs, Orecchiette cemi di rapa and the Bombette. The interior was tastefully decorated, modern and clean. TheForkUserA small restaurant in the centre of town. From the very start we felt welcomed by all the staff. Courteous friendly and helpful. The selection on the menu was varied and all appealed. When we indicated that we intended sharing certain dishes it was no problem. The ingredients are of high quality and all freshly cooked. This is Italian regional cooking at its best. Portions are generous without being excessive. Highlights were an appetiser based on asparagus with a yellow tomato sauce, delicious, thank heavens for bread to wipe the plate clean and not waste anything. The pasta with prawns and asparagus also excellent and would order again. . We shared a main based on sucking pig also excellent and perfectly cooked. Sadly too full for desert. We will probably return again even though only staying in the area for 4 nights. Thank you for an excellent enjoyable meal in your delightful restaurant.Il Vicolo

Gave recommendations for food and wine, all was incredible. Was a really special meal that we’re so glad we made a reservation for during our time in Monopoli.
