TheForkUserI was really intrigued by this place and I have to say the food is great. The service and staff, however, was really disappointing. They forgot one of the burgers which was served 20 minutes after the others but without chips. The staff wasn’t very friendly nor welcoming or polite. It’s such a shame as the food is exceptional but we won’t be going back because of bad service/ staff.I think the place would need a better trained staff and more organisation, especially because it’s a big restaurant which serves different kinds of dishes.Gusto Primitivo
