Staff was friendly. Matteo suggested the truffle pasta, and it was exactly what I wanted. Good call.

Tucked away in a quiet corner. Sat under the jasmine tree—very cozy. The local dishes are done with real care; the grilled octopus was spot on, tender and smoky. Service was on point. A solid wine list too.

I had a wonderful experience at this hidden gem in Corigliano d'Otranto. The service was impeccable, and the quality of the raw materials was outstanding, especially the fresh meat.

Dining at La Locanda is a treat for the senses. The intimate setting, combined with exquisite dishes and a thoughtful wine selection, creates a memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Tuna tataki was excellent. Salmon tartare too. Live rock music in the evenings, really fun vibe. A solid spot.

Seafood pasta was cooked just right, al dente. The crostoni with pink shrimp was a highlight - fresh, simple. Prices are fair for what you get. Solid spot.

Fantastic service — they went above and beyond for us, especially our children! The local food was delicious and the wine selection was top. A great dining experience!

As a New Yorker, I know a good sandwich. This one was incredible, we all just ate without even taking photos. But for $18, the portion felt a bit small for the price. Still, the flavor was top-notch.

The staff were so lovely! Our server explained each dish with such genuine excitement, it really made our girls' night feel special. A bit on the pricier side, but that friendly vibe was everything.

The view from this spot at the tip of Salento is something else. We sat outside for lunch and just stared at the sea the whole time. The pasta was good, but honestly, you come here for the scenery. It’s the main event.

The gyoza here is something else. The filling was so juicy and the wrapper had that perfect crisp. Honestly, it's up there with the best I've had. The tempura shrimp was good, but the gyoza is the real star.

Service was on point again. Matilda and Francesca remembered us from last time, which was a nice touch. They suggested a wine pairing that worked well with our pasta. Only thing - got a bit busy later and they seemed stretched thin, but still managed to check in.

The truffle and prawn pasta was lovely. I really appreciated how fresh the prawns tasted, and the truffle wasn't overpowering. It felt like a wholesome choice. The pasta itself had a nice texture, not too soft. A good, simple dish.

Had my birthday dinner here. The staff handled our group so well, even with special requests. I really noticed how fresh the ingredients were in each dish, everything arrived hot and beautifully plated. A nice touch for a special meal.

The vegetarian tasting menu was a delight. Presentation was beautiful. The wine pairing, though, really made it. Each course had a thoughtful match that brought out the subtle flavors. A bit pricey, but the experience was spot on.

Very nice location, great atmosphere, a great menu with a variety of Italian and French dishes, food was very good, we had the octopus and the wine suggested by the waiter was a great match. The chef came to the table to discuss with us ! Highly recommend !

Delicious pasta (we tried ragu pasta and seafood pasta which was filled with different types of seafood). Only wished they had an outside terrace! Lovely service.

A fantastic evening in a hidden gem.An adequate variety of typical pugliese dishes with a fine touch of a modern twist. Seafood, pasta and not to forget burrata and a short and well selected list of wines. All is profoundly balanced in taste and beautifully presented. No alibi salad or raw rosemary branches, only the dish and well thought through accompanying edible garnish. Our favorite: grilled pulpo bedded on a cream of lemony potatoes, fried carrots smoked burrata and finished with a herbal cream aside. Perfectly combined ingredients, technically very well performed. We also tried the incredibly juicy gilthead seebream with herbs, slowly baked in a parchment coat and grilled vegetables with fresh mint which is an amazing twist to freshen up a well known side dish.Dolci: hand made pastries and desserts + the artisanal gelato the team makes. My favourite - the heavenly soft short pastry pie with a lemon pastry cream. These local slow food places should run this world.

I feel bad writing this because I know this is someone’s life’s work - but this was probably the worst Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Food was cold (and we could hear the microwave working hard in the back), and we were given paper plates. The price did not really represent this - it was quite pricy. We were so thrilled to eat some Indian after a long time in Italy but unfortunately this was not a success.

The cocktails were lovely, but I really appreciated the fresh ingredients in the aperitifs. You could taste the quality in the simple things, like the olives and the crisp vegetables. It made for a light and satisfying start.

Been coming here for years for my morning coffee. The croissants are always so buttery and flaky, just like they were on my first visit. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

The beach is spotless, sand is fine and golden. Water was clear when we were there. The on-site restaurant's food was good for the price. I had a grilled fish with a local white wine that paired nicely. A solid spot for a beach day with a decent drink.

The pizza dough was spot-on, chewy with a good char from the wood oven. Toppings were simple but high-quality. A solid Neapolitan-style pie.

Stopped in for dinner. Puccia and fried fish were solid, service was quick. Prices are reasonable for the area.

The pizza was decent and easy on the wallet. Sat outside in the historic center, which was lovely. Their house red was a surprisingly good match for the simple margherita—made the whole thing better. Solid spot for a casual bite.

Grilled tuna and seafood salad were solid. Parking in the area is a bit tight, though.
