Shaka Taco's menu is solid. Grabbed the nachos and a veggie flatbread. Both were tasty, and I appreciate having decent vegetarian options. The flatbread was my favorite.

Stopped by on a whim. Wayne, our server, had some really solid suggestions. The vibe here is super relaxed.

The server was so nice and checked on us just the right amount. There was a small mix-up with my order because of an allergy, but they fixed it right away without any fuss. It made the whole dinner feel really relaxed.

The lunch special thali is a pretty good deal. Portions are decent and it's a nice way to try a few things.

Been coming here for years, and the seasoning is always spot on. Just had the grilled octopus last night—perfectly charred, tender inside. That kind of consistent execution keeps me coming back.

Tried the Hop Frog and Black Cat burgers. Both cooked fresh, which is nice. The Black Cat with chili and cheese was my favorite. Solid spot for a burger.

Service was attentive and made the birthday dinner nice. A bit on the pricey side, but fine for a special occasion.

The firecracker shrimp is the move here. Perfectly crispy outside, tender inside, with a sweet chili glaze that has a real kick. The oysters were fine, fresh but standard. That shrimp appetizer is what I'll remember.

Taco Tuesday is a must here. The asada and carnitas tacos were so juicy. I really appreciated how the staff kept checking in without being overbearing, made the whole meal feel relaxed. The michelada had a good kick as well.

Heidi was the best part of our lunch! She was so fun and kept our table laughing. The food came out super fast, which was perfect because we were just grabbing a quick bite with friends. A really chill spot to hang out.

The calamari here is the best I've had locally. Light, crispy batter, tender inside, not rubbery at all. The portion was decent too. That's really the main thing I care about.

Been coming here for years, love that they kept the old-school vibe. The fried chicken is still the best in town - super crispy skin, super juicy inside. Just wish the mashed potatoes had a bit more flavor.

Jonah's service was so thoughtful. The cheese board had this great aged cheddar and a blue cheese I'd never tried, with the crustiest bread. It was a nice, quiet spot downtown.

Service was really friendly! Even when it was packed, our food came out super fast. The server took time to explain a couple of the specials to us, which was nice.

Omg! First off all, the servers are AMAZING! Most of them know us by name because we come here often. But if you love crab cakes, they have the best bar none. Seriously. Check this place out

This place is my regular spot. The hot dogs with chili and coleslaw are always good, and the fries are crispy. The vibe is just right for a quick, no-fuss meal. Prices are fair.

The chicken caesar wrap is a solid lunch for the price.

Juicy burger, and they didn't charge extra for the gluten-free bun. Nice spot by the water.

The everything bagel is no joke here. It's massive, and they don't skimp on the seasoning—coated top to bottom, not just a dusting. The chew was spot on, just the right texture. Really hit the spot for a weekend breakfast.

St. Patrick's Day lunch. Shared the Blarney Stone. Huge portion, really good. Place was packed but service kept up. Green beers hit the spot.

The scallops were seared perfectly. Took a minute to find the place inside the hotel, but no big deal.

The penne and stuffed shells were cooked just right. But the service really stood out—our server was so friendly and made our girls' night feel extra relaxed. A nice spot to catch up.

The bartenders really know their stuff. My mocktail was perfectly balanced, not too sweet.

Cute spot by the river walk. No indoor seating, but that's fine—grabbed a box to go and ate by the water. The street parking was a bit of a hunt, though.

Cool spot for a quick lunch. The walls are covered with local art you can actually buy. Gives the place a unique vibe. Food came out fast, which I always appreciate. Solid choice for a quick bite downtown.

Breakfast burrito was spot on. I really appreciate how they don't drown the salad in dressing, you can actually taste the fresh greens. A solid, healthy start to the day.

Our server was really on top of things. She suggested the truffle pasta, which was spot on. Felt taken care of without being hovered over. Made the whole evening just... easy.

Stopped in for a drink and ended up staying for dinner. The crispy skin on the red snapper was unreal. Cocktails were strong, service was chill. A solid find.

Just moved to the area and tried this spot for a quick bite. The potstickers were so good, crispy on the outside. The hostess was super welcoming, which made it feel like a nice place to bring friends.

Hot honey chicken sandwich was really good. Super crispy, nice and juicy. The fries and hush puppies were solid too. Just a solid lunch spot.
