Haggis burger was a fun first try, and the mac and cheese was properly gooey. Noticed a pool table and a little play area for kids, so seems like a good spot for families.

The espresso martini is a lovely classic. The cocktail menu is decent and they do try new things, though some experiments are a bit hit or miss.

The cask ale here is always spot on. They keep the lines clean, so the beer tastes fresh and crisp. It's a proper pub pour, not like some places where it's warm and flat.

Staff are always so friendly here. They gave us some really good menu suggestions, which was helpful as we were a bit overwhelmed by the choices. Felt very welcome.

Friday evening visit. Pizzas from the new menu were fresh, and the beer selection had good Vault City options. Service was attentive.

The specials burger was the star. Juicy patty, the bacon crisp, and the brioche bun held up well. Could've used a bit more of that special sauce, but the flavours were solid.

Been coming here for years. The beer garden out back is always the perfect spot to unwind.

Great spot for a quick lunch. They're dog-friendly with water bowls and treats, which is a nice touch.

Late lunch on the patio with our dog. Portions were generous, ingredients tasted fresh. Prices are fair for this part of town. A solid spot for a casual meal.

Sticky toffee pudding was the highlight. Seriously good, maybe the best version I've tried. Warm, rich, not too sweet. Just a really solid dessert to finish with.

Craft beer selection is solid. Lots of options, even alcohol-free ones. Staff knew their stuff, let me try a few samples before picking. Made choosing easier.

A reliable spot for lunch in Pitlochry. I really appreciate their focus on fresh, local ingredients. The salad I had was crisp and clearly just prepared. It's nice to find a place that prioritises quality produce. A solid choice for a healthy meal on the go.

Love that it's dog-friendly. The toasties are tasty, and the ingredients tasted fresh. Nice spot for a relaxed bite.

Popped in for a quick bite. The chicken wrap was solid, and they had a decent selection of local craft beers on tap. Went with a pale ale that paired nicely. Service was quick enough when the bar crowd thinned out.

Our go-to before flights. Gosia was lovely and helped us pick from the menu. The coffee is just right.

The grilled sea bass was the standout. Skin was perfectly crisp, flesh moist and flaky. The lemon butter sauce had a nice hint of herbs. Could have used a touch more seasoning, but the quality of the fish itself was undeniable.

Been coming here for years, the food’s always spot on. What keeps me coming back is their wine list—they’ve got some interesting local bottles that pair beautifully with the specials. Makes for a relaxed, proper evening out.

Duncan was a fine bartender. The langoustine on rye was pretty good, really enjoyed it. The view of the chapel is lovely, though it was a bit busy when we went.

The bartender was so lovely! She walked us through the menu and you could tell she really loves the drinks here. Made choosing what to order with my friends so much easier. A nice touch.

Shepherd's pie was solid, really hearty. The fried rice had good flavour too. Portions are decent for the price. Just a bit of a wait for the food, but it was a busy evening.

The haddock bake was just right, creamy and comforting. The chicken fajitas came sizzling, a huge portion for the price. Felt like a proper, hearty meal.

Service was on point. Our server was friendly, professional, and had great timing. It really does make a difference when the team is this attentive. A nice, smooth evening.

Stopped by the taproom inside the brewery. Loved the modern industrial vibe. The Breakfast IPA was a standout – one of the best beers I've had in ages.

The Highland chicken is the one to get here. Properly cooked, nice and juicy. Good spot by the castle for a quick bite after a walk.

Popped in for a pint. Tennents was spot on, just how it should be. The place has that proper old pub feel, not trying too hard. Regulars at the bar were having a laugh. Good spot to end the day.
