The food is tasty and affordable. I really appreciate how fresh the ingredients are, especially in the salads and the grilled vegetables. You can tell they focus on quality. A solid choice for a healthy meal.

My family and I were visiting Perugia from Texas and we heard great things from many locals about Il Goloso Bistrot, so we had to visit.  Upon arriving we were greeted by Valentina right away and she made us feel at home.  We visited on a Thursday, which turned out to be pizza night.  Valentina set us up at a nice table in their very warm and inviting dining area.  Valentina and the staff served us an amazing variety of pizzas and beer--our favorite was the Margarita (it is hard to beat a classic), even though every option was similarly amazing.   Overall, the service was amazing, the atmosphere was very comfortable and the food was spectacular.  We highly recommend Il Goloso Bistrot to all.
