Came for the historic pub vibe, stayed for the portions. Seriously, the fish and chips plate was huge, easily enough for two. My friend couldn't finish hers either. Good for a casual, filling meal.

The owners are really nice and chat with everyone. The place is huge and clean, nice art on the walls. My takeaway? For the price, the portions felt a bit small. I left still a little hungry, which was a shame.

Escargot and steak tartare were solid. French onion soup wasn't too heavy, which I appreciated. Comfortable spot.

Service was efficient, food arrived fast. I had the katsu curry, my husband the rose katsu. He mentioned the level 2 spice wasn't very hot, but it was fine. Decent meal.

Been coming here for years, and the Mirza Qasemi is still my go-to. The portion size for the price is just right.

Live music downstairs is a nice touch. Drinks are reasonably priced, staff is helpful. Solid spot for a casual after-work drink.

Got the latkes as a side. They're thick and crispy, really good. Added one to my sandwich like the server suggested. Honestly, it made the sandwich way more filling for just a couple extra bucks. Smart move.

Cheryl was so helpful with my questions about the ingredients. She suggested the fish and chips, and I really appreciated knowing the fish was fresh and locally sourced. It was a great choice for a healthy, satisfying meal. She was also very sweet with my kids.

The weekend ceviche special with ginger is what I came for. So fresh and bright, that hint of ginger really makes it different. Just a solid, refreshing plate.

Samira was so lovely. She noticed we were celebrating and brought a little dessert on the house. Just a really thoughtful touch that made the night.

Service was quick and friendly even with the line. Staff handled the crowd well. Answered my questions without rushing. Solid.

Busy spot with good vibes. Stopped by for a drink and just missed the live music, which was a bummer. Still, the crowd was fun and the beer was cold.

The tandoori salmon was a pleasant surprise, and their wine list had a nice pairing for it.

The staff here really know their beers. I asked for something light and got a perfect suggestion. They’re so friendly, it just makes the whole visit feel easy.

The braised beef noodles were really good. Beef was tender, broth had depth. Noodles had that perfect chew. Milk tea was a nice bonus. Just wish the portion was a bit bigger for the price.

The Marie Antoinette dessert was a fun shareable treat. Not too sweet, and the mix of tart and macaron was a nice surprise!

Been coming here for years, and the clam shoyu ramen is still the one. Flavor holds up all the way through the bowl. The chicken karaage is a solid side – crispy outside, juicy inside. A squeeze of lemon is all it needs.

Tried their monthly cheese tasting. Pairings were well thought out, hosts were knowledgeable and took time to answer questions. A solid, organized event.
