Came by after 1pm and was pleasantly surprised. They keep restocking the fresh stuff even past lunch hours. Got a nice piece of salmon and some greens that looked like they just came out.

Basil and Rodrigo handled our holiday catering perfectly. The setup was so clean and organized, made everything easy.

The staff was so friendly even when we arrived near closing. The tacos were fresh and the guacamole was great.

The Sweater Weather Latte with oat milk was so smooth! Perfect spot for a chill breakfast with friends, lots of space and light.

Parterre is a fantastic breakfast spot with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The hot honey chicken biscuit is a must-try, and the coffee is top-notch!

Server was super nice and checked on us just the right amount. It was a chill dinner, nothing fancy, but they made it feel a little special.

Cocktails here are the best in the area. 🍸 Even on a packed night, service was still on point. Management was actually walking around checking on tables. That’s rare.

The Reuben sandwich is a solid choice. The corned beef portion is huge, piled really high. The bread was toasted nicely. For the price, you definitely get your money's worth in terms of how much food you get.

The cinnamon rolls are so good, I almost didn't need my main. Just had one with coffee. Perfect for a quick stop.

French toast was incredible, thick and fluffy. Juices from the bar are super fresh. Service was on point, really attentive. Everything we got was tasty. Solid spot.

CBD Provisions offers a great happy hour from 4 to 6 PM, which is a perfect time to unwind after work. The quality of the drinks and food during this time is top-notch, making it a must-visit spot in downtown Dallas.

The pretzels were okay, but they definitely tasted like they were just reheated. Not the best for sharing with friends.

The fried mushrooms and pickles are a must for the table! The breading was so light and crispy, and that ranch dip is seriously good. We kept ordering more while we caught up. 😋
