The squash soup was so creamy and the sandwich was really good. I liked how bright and airy the dining room felt, made for a relaxed lunch.

The honey-cinnamon latte is a cozy treat. This place has such a warm, welcoming vibe that's nice for getting some work done.

The omelette here is so good. You can watch the owner cook it fresh right in front of you. It's fluffy and loaded with cheese. Really hit the spot for a weekend breakfast.

The pistachio croissant was so flaky and buttery, and the dark chocolate latte was a real treat. You can tell they use good ingredients. The only thing is, the chairs are a bit hard for a longer sit.

The brioche donuts are a standout. Soft, fluffy texture. Tried the guava and cheese glaze - sweet and tangy balance was spot on. A bit pricey for a donut, but the quality is there.

Stopped in after a beach walk, right on the boardwalk at Margaritaville. The vibe inside is cool and clean. Grabbed a frozen margarita—it was just the right level of sweet and tart to cut through the heat. Hit the spot.

The renovation looks great, nice and clean. Perfect spot for a quick bite. Had the turkey sandwich, came out fast and hit the spot. Good alternative to the heavier stuff nearby.

Ordering at the kiosk is efficient, got my food in under 5 minutes. Tables were clean, which I appreciate. The burger was decent for the price. Solid option for a quick lunch downtown.

As a Northeast transplant, their everything bagel seasoning is spot on. One of the few places down here that gets it right.

They added beer on tap after the reno, which is a nice touch. The big windows make it a pretty chill spot to sit.

I stopped by for a coffee on their patio. The view of the ocean is lovely. I really appreciated that they had oat milk as an option for my latte. The coffee itself was smooth and not too bitter. A nice, simple spot to enjoy the fresh air.

Loved watching the open kitchen while I ate. The avocado scrambled eggs on brioche were spot on, and their hot sauce really made it.

The croissant sandwiches are huge and flaky, but I really appreciate how fresh the ingredients taste. Perfect for sharing after a morning walk.

Love the cozy, lived-in feel here. The blueberry bread pudding was warm and comforting, just the right amount of sweet. Cappuccino was solid. Feels like a place that's been loved for years.

Solid espresso, drinks are steamed right. Staff is chill, fits the vibe. Even on a busy Saturday, the line moves.

Came for a quick lunch, got the iced coffee and a sandwich. The coffee was strong and refreshing, just what I needed. Sandwich was decent, but honestly, for $18 I expected a bit more filling inside. The bread was good though.

The tater tot waffle in the Chef's Breakfast was such a fun surprise. Crispy, with the perfect little bits of bacon and creamy avocado. It just felt like a really thoughtful, hearty start to the day.

Solid spot for a quick lunch. The turkey club is huge and fresh, just like the Greek salad. They have a decent selection of local beers on tap, which hit the spot with the sandwich. A bit on the pricier side for what it is, but the portions are generous.

Cash only, so come prepared. Street parking's a bit tight but manageable. Got the lunch special, came out quick. Solid spot for a fast bite.

Local breakfast spot on a quiet corner. Ordered the Biscuit and Gravy special and the East Ocean sandwich. Everything's cooked to order, so there's a short wait, but it's fine. Staff was friendly. Good for a straightforward meal.

Cozy little spot with a great bistro feel. Grabbed a coffee and a croissant from their pastry case—it was so flaky and buttery, just what I needed on a slow morning. The outdoor seating was nice and sunny.

The green wall is nice, but the real star is the avocado toast. The bread is perfectly toasted, and the avocado is fresh and creamy. A little more lime juice would have been perfect, but it's still my go-to snack here.

Been coming here for a while. The hidden pita is always fresh, and I like the truffle croissant too. Just a solid, reliable spot for a bite.

The cold cut sub is solid. Fresh, well-made, the bread is always soft. It's just the right amount of toppings, not too heavy. A simple, reliable lunch.

The staffer was so helpful with my allergy questions. He brought out the allergen menu and walked me through the options. I ended up with a sandwich and pizza bread that were both safe and tasty. Really appreciated the extra care.

The chicken salad was fresh and the new toasted baguette had the perfect crunch. It was the kind of simple, thoughtful lunch that just makes your day a little better.

Loved the vibe here for a weekend brunch with friends! Everyone was so friendly, even the other tables. The avocado toast was huge and the coffee kept coming. Just a really nice, welcoming spot to catch up.

First time here and really appreciated the solid veggie/vegan choices. The ingredients tasted super fresh, which was a nice surprise.

The coffee was fine, but those Argentinian pastries? The flaky, buttery layers were the real star. Just a perfect little treat to slow down with. The whole place just felt... calm.
