The pierogi here were honestly some of the best I&rsquo;ve had in a while. I also grabbed the goulash with potato pancakes&mdash;super hearty, perfect for a colder day. Place was packed when we got there, but the staff handled it fine. Just be ready to wait a bit if you come at peak time.

Stopped by for a quick drink before heading out. Tatra Apple Sour was solid &mdash; bartender clearly knows what they&#39;re doing. Place has a few cozy rooms, easy to grab a seat. Service was fast enough for a busy evening. Good spot if you want a decent cocktail without the fuss.

The owner was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I had the pierogi and they tasted fresh, not like the frozen ones you sometimes get. Good selection for vegetarians too, which I appreciated. My only small complaint is the seating was a bit cramped, but the food made up for it.

We popped in twice while staying nearby. The open fire and that welcoming smell the second you walk in. Our waitress Anna was lovely with the kids, food was tasty and not overpriced. Bit out of the centre, but easy parking.
