Finally found a spot that does gluten-free fish and chips right&mdash;they even use a separate fryer. The fish was fresh and crispy. Had a nice local lager with it, which cut through the richness perfectly. Staff were lovely.

I had a wonderful experience at this lovely pub/restaurant. The fish and chips were the best I&#39;ve had in months, and the mushroom and halloumi burger was equally impressive.

Popped in after wandering around town. The Sunday roast was decent, beef was nice and tender. A bit pricey for what it is though.

The vintage jukebox is so cool! It actually takes old 50p coins and plays 80s hits. Gave it a go while waiting for our mains, felt like a fun little time capsule.
