The breyani was proper 🔥 and the jungle gym outside kept the kids busy. Service dragged a bit but we weren't in a rush.

Waiter knew the menu well and pointed me to a decent curry. Owners seem to genuinely look after the regulars. Solid local spot, nothing fancy but it works.

Stopped here off the N1 for a quick bite. Drive-through was handy and the place was clean. Got my food fast, no complaints.

The salmon poke bowl was really good and it was chill enough to actually eat without shouting across the table 😅 good spot if you want a relaxed dinner alone.

Saint Restaurant lives up to its world-class status with exceptional hospitality. The friendly staff and complimentary birthday dessert made our celebration even more special.

No. 3 of Bars in Johannesburg

Drive-thru Nando's is a first for me—pretty clever. Place is big and clean inside, not like the usual cramped ones. Art on the walls gives it a bit of character.

Solid spot in Lonehill. Been coming here for years and it's still good. Had the usual takeaway last week, food was on point. Dine-in's fine too but I mostly grab and go. No complaints really.

The lamb chops were cooked exactly right—tender, juicy, no complaints. Sides tasted fresh too. Place gets loud when full, but I didn't really care.

Came for the Saturday buffet and honestly the beef roast was the star—so tender, veggies still had a bit of crunch. Didn't love the burger station though, patties were kinda dry. For the price it's decent if you stick to the roasts. Would go back just for that.

The wings were decent—cooked right and tasty. Just wish the ribs weren't so drenched in sauce. Portion size was fair for the price though.

The decor is pretty nice — modern with some traditional Vietnamese touches. Silindo looked after us well, she knew the menu and made decent suggestions. Food came out fine, nothing to complain about. Maybe a little pricier than I'd usually go for, but the setting makes up for it. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area.

The staff were friendly and the fresh chips were properly good. Crispy, not greasy. Would pop in again if I'm in the area.

The stuffed aloo was the standout — proper spice, not that bland stuff you get at most places. Onion bhaji had a good crunch too. Lamb rogan josh was rich and deep, exactly what I wanted. Service was fine, didn't bother me much. Left full and satisfied.

Good quick bite - the Reel Love platter at R145 is solid. Fish, prawns, calamari, all cooked right. Anele kept it moving fast.

Came for the beer list, stayed for the food. Prices are steep, yeah, but the portions are generous and the quality holds up. Had a decent steak and a couple of local brews. Nothing fancy, just solid pub grub done right. Place gets busy, so service can lag a bit, but I'd still go back for that tap selection.

The food’s got real flavour and plenty of veggie options, which I liked. Place gets packed on weekends though, so don’t expect a quiet sit-down. Prices fair for what you get.

Came here on a whim and honestly the owner made the whole visit. Super attentive without hovering, even chatted with us for a bit. Food was solid — got the mapo tofu and it hit the spot. Place is big and clean, tables aren't crammed together which I appreciated. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.
