Decent spot for a quick bite. The burger was fresh and juicy, and the portion was huge for the price. The wine list is basic, but the house red paired surprisingly well with the meat. Chef came out to say hello, which was a nice touch.

The full Scottish breakfast was huge! Couldn't finish it all, which is rare for me. The Turkish coffee was a nice touch, strong and authentic. Definitely got my money's worth on the portion size.

The chicken biryani here is spot on - so flavourful and spicy! It was the perfect thing to share with my mates while we caught up. Really felt like a little trip to Kerala. The beef kondattam was great too, but that biryani is the star for me.

The ramen here is seriously good. The broth is so rich and flavourful, it’s up there with the best I’ve had. Perfect spot for a catch-up with mates, we ended up staying for ages just chatting.

Impressive Spanish wine list. The owner really knows his stuff and is happy to chat.

The paneer lababdar was really flavourful, and they were good about dietary requests. The channa mushroom masala was decent too. A pretty solid meal overall.

Been coming here for years, and the Fat Hippo burger never disappoints. It's always juicy, cooked just right. The Long Island peach tea is a nice touch. That consistency keeps me coming back.

Found this place by the harbour. Really bright and airy inside. The seafood was fresh, portions were decent. Had a nice, relaxed lunch watching the boats.

The spicy brisket curry had great depth of flavour. The 'Trip' drink was a nice, refreshing pairing.

Great little spot for a solid breakfast. The hash browns had that perfect crisp, and the bao buns were light as air. Service was quick. My only note: the coffee was a bit weak, but they had a decent local lager that hit the spot instead.

They were so nice about us ordering past the kitchen closing time! Service was quick and friendly, really appreciated it.

The steak was so juicy and tender, and the gnocchetti had such a rich flavour. The staff were really friendly and gave us some great tips for exploring the area.

Been coming here for years, and the pizza dough is consistently spot on. Light, flavourful, and always hits the mark.

Been coming here for years, and the Italian Job is always spot on. Big portion of eggs, mozzarella, and tomato on that toast. It's just a reliable, tasty breakfast that doesn't break the bank.

Nadia was so friendly and quick! She made sure my friend with allergies felt safe, which was perfect for our catch-up.

The flavours are so authentic, really takes you there. Staff are lovely too.

Helpful staff. Explained dishes for less spice. The spicy king prawn kali mirch was the standout. Really good.

Fish supper was spot on, and the haggis is a solid choice too. Good spot for a casual catch-up with mates.

The staff here are really on it. Our server noticed my partner’s wine glass was getting low before we did, and they were quick to grab a highchair for the little one. Just felt well looked after without it being fussy.

Been coming here for years. The takeaway is always spot on - food's piping hot and fresh when I pick it up. Even on busy nights, they give you a realistic wait time over the phone. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

Great spot for dog owners. They welcome well-behaved dogs in the bar and the outdoor garden. Made it easy to grab a pint and a bite while traveling with my spaniel. The beer garden is a nice, relaxed space for them.

The sea bass special was lovely, really fresh. The pasta dishes were nice too. Good value for the quality you get. The staff were friendly and the whole meal felt very relaxed.

Service was really good, they knew the menu well and made us feel welcome. A bit on the formal side for a casual lunch, but they were attentive without hovering.

I really appreciate how knowledgeable the staff are about the gins here. They took the time to explain the botanicals in each one, which helped me choose something that fit my taste. It's nice to see a focus on quality ingredients. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit.

Been coming here for years, and the consistency is what keeps me coming back. The food's always tasty, no surprises. Last night, the steak was spot on again. After, we popped next door to their bar for a drink and some live tunes. That seamless move from dinner to drinks is a big part of the appeal for me.
