Really appreciate the vegan options here. Tried the Impossibly Poultry sandwich, it was tasty. But for £14, the portion felt a bit small, just the sandwich and a few crisps on the side.

The kebabs were spot on, really juicy and the salad was super fresh. The chicken shish had just the right amount of spice to it.

The small size is actually massive. I got the small and could barely finish it, which is a nice surprise for the price. Just a solid, filling option when you need something quick.

The staff were so friendly. Jack explained the vegan menu clearly, which was really helpful. Food was hot and fresh.

Tried the tapas menu. The chorizo and sea bass were both very good. Wine pairing was solid. Service was efficient, but the tables are a bit close together. Good for a quick business bite.

The Chinese menu is where it's at. Got the mapo tofu from there, and the numbing Szechuan peppercorn hit was spot on. Much more depth than the English menu version. The minced pork had a nice texture too.

The decor is a lovely, eclectic mix. It was just the right kind of lively for a Friday night, not too loud at all. Felt really nice to be there.

A nice spot for a light lunch in Biggar. They also have some interesting local products for sale.

As an HGV driver, I appreciate a good stop. Joe and the team are always helpful. The facilities are clean, which is a plus. Grabbed a coffee and a pasty – hit the spot. Could use a better selection of soft drinks though, for those long hauls.

The okonomiyaki was the reason I came. The batter was light, the cabbage still had a bit of crunch, and the bonito flakes danced on top. A proper savoury pancake. The only thing is, it took a while to arrive.

The self-service kiosks are a nice touch, really quick and easy. My burger was piping hot when it arrived, which is always a plus. Just a bit of a sterile vibe in there, though.

Quick lunch spot. Beef and potato stew was hearty, mapo tofu had a good kick. Staff were friendly and efficient, got my order out fast. Just what you need for a midday bite.

Open on Christmas, lifesaver for a visitor. Quick service, got a hot meal fast. Staff were really nice, made it feel less lonely. Food was tasty, just what I needed.

The Scotch Lamb was cooked just right, and the meat itself tasted so fresh. Really appreciated the quality of the ingredients here. The Sticky Toffee Soufflé was a lovely finish, not overly sweet.

Been a regular since day one. The tempura and tendon are still top-notch in Edinburgh. Just tried the new sukiyaki – solid addition. Really appreciate how solo-friendly it is.

The food is always spot on, but it gets so busy! We popped in on a Friday night and ended up waiting ages for a table. The staff were lovely about it, but it's definitely one to book ahead if you're meeting friends.

The lamb shank was cooked perfectly, falling off the bone with a rich, deep flavour. The accompanying mash was creamy and smooth, but the portion felt a bit small for the price. That sauce, though—really good.

The tonkotsu broth was rich and had real depth of flavour. The chashu pork was so tender it just fell apart. Good, hearty portions and the noodles tasted properly fresh. A solid bowl.
