The chef actually came out to explain each dish &mdash; that was the highlight for me. Staff were attentive without hovering, and knew the menu inside out. Made the whole evening feel a bit more personal, you know? Didn&#39;t expect that level of care from a casual spot.

Wakatipu Grill offers a fantastic dining experience with stunning views and delicious food. The venison ribs are a must-try, and the friendly staff, especially Brooklyn, made our visit even more enjoyable.
