We've been regulars here for ages. The schnitzel is always reliable, and I appreciate that they use fresh, simple ingredients. It's just a comfortable, no-fuss place for a family meal.

Friendly staff, no complaints. Left my bag behind and they had it ready when I came back. Solid service, would stop by again if in the area.

Came here on a random weeknight, no reservation. Portions are honestly huge for what you pay. I ordered the schnitzel and couldn't finish it. Took half home. Staff was friendly enough, didn't feel rushed. Place is basic but clean. For the price, you get a solid meal. Not fancy, but I left full and didn't spend much. That's what counts for me.

The waitress called it "traditional German cuisine" — felt like an understatement. The presentation alone was beautiful, and the taste matched. I kept staring at the plate before digging in. Quiet place, nice for a slow evening. Just wish the portions were a bit bigger. Still, a lovely find.

The ice cream itself is solid—good flavor, nice texture. Portions are on the smaller side for what you pay, though. Quality is there, and they have enough variety to make it worth a quick stop if you're nearby. Not somewhere I'd go out of my way for, but fine for a casual treat.

Stopped by for an espresso and honestly it was spot on. Strong, smooth, proper crema. You can tell someone behind the bar actually knows what they’re doing. Grabbed a bag of beans to take home too. Place is small, no fuss, just good coffee. Wish it was closer to where I stay.

The veggie bun chay was solid and I loved that they label which dishes have fish sauce. So helpful when you're vegetarian and tired of asking a million questions 😅

The burger was huge, no question. Mine had a heavy rosemary hand, which threw off the flavor a bit. A solid pick if you're hungry, but I'd ask for the seasoning on the side. A crisp Riesling would've cut through that fat nicely.

Nice little spot with 12 rotating taps. Owner knew his stuff and pointed me to something I actually liked. The gluten-free option was a bonus. Prices were fair for the pour size.

Buffet’s a solid way to try a bit of everything—grilled stuff and salads were all decent. Dessert included was a nice bonus.

The egg roll was really good, fresh and not greasy at all. I had the Ovomaltine milk drink too, perfect after a walk by the lake. Staff were friendly, didn't rush us. Just wish the seating outside had a bit more shade, but honestly the view made up for it. Nice spot for a light bite.

Classic 60s diner feel right in the center. Loved the retro booths and the relaxed vibe. My burger was solid, though the fries could've been hotter.

We stumbled in here with a group of four and honestly, the homemade pesto and focaccia were the highlight. So good. Menu’s small but everything we tried was fresh. Just make sure you book a table, it gets packed and we almost didn’t get one. 😅

The homemade cakes here are really something. I grabbed a few chocolates to take home too, fresh and not overly sweet. Wish I lived closer, honestly.

The evening menu surprised me - that cured Arctic char on asparagus salad was so good, and the local wine pairing made it even better. Prices are fair for what you get. Nice spot for a casual catch-up with friends. 🙂

Been coming here for a while now. The fresh wasabi is what keeps me hooked—most places don't bother. Pricier than your usual spot, but the quality's consistent.

Been here a few times now, and the veggie options keep me coming back. Prices are fair, especially for being this close to the old town. Had the grilled halloumi dish last visit, still good. Place gets busy around 7, but that's on me for showing up late. Solid spot if you're in the area.

The pho was a bit bland, honestly. Service was friendly though, and the place is clean. Fine for a quick lunch if you're in the area.

The flatbread pizza here is really something—way better than your average pub food. Cozy spot, staff were friendly. Just wish I had room for dessert.

Sushi was fine, nothing crazy. But for what you pay, I kinda expected a bit more. The fish was fresh enough, just not mind-blowing. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Still, it’s a solid spot if you’re in the area and don’t wanna think too hard about dinner.

The fried rice noodles were the best thing I ordered. Good wok hei, not too greasy, and the texture was spot on. Portion size was fair for the price. I didn't pay much attention to the setting, but the food itself did the job. Would eat those noodles again.

Stopped here for a coffee and just watched the square for a while. Location really is unbeatable, right in the middle of everything. Drink was fine, nothing fancy, but you're paying for the view honestly. Good spot to rest your legs for a bit.

The grilled octopus was fresh and tender, not rubbery at all. Portions are generous too. Nice spot for a light but satisfying meal.

The pizza was solid and the price felt right for what you got. Place is a bit out of the way, nothing fancy, but the open kitchen was a nice touch—you could watch the guy toss the dough. Staff didn't hover, food came fast. Only thing: toilets are downstairs, outside the actual restaurant. Bit annoying if you're mid-meal.

Stopped by for coffee and cake. Place looks really nice, cozy inside. Garden seating is a plus. Cake was the better choice, homemade and fresh. Coffee was just okay, nothing special. If you go, get the tea and a slice of cake. Service was fine, no complaints.

The beer garden’s really charming, and the interior feels properly authentic. Service was quick and friendly too, plus they brought out bread with dips on the house—nice touch.
