The weekly changing menu caught my attention. Everything I tried tasted fresh, like the chef actually cares about the ingredients. Had the fish dish and it was light, well seasoned. Not a huge portion, but fine for me. Place is a bit small, though. I'd go back for the seasonal options.

Came here with a couple of friends before our flight from Memmingen. The Kashmiri chicken was properly spiced, not too heavy. They even handed us English menus without us asking, which was nice. Place is pretty casual, good for a quick bite. Would go back if I’m in the area again. 😊

The live piano on First Friday was a nice touch. Food was solid, but honestly the portions felt a bit small for what you pay. Good spot if you're in the mood for something a little fancier.

The jäger shots hit the spot — proper pour, not watered down. Came for a quick dinner, left satisfied. Service was efficient, no fuss. Place gets busy but they handle it fine. Decent spot if you're in the area and want something straightforward.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Lake view is really nice from the terrace. Food was decent, nothing fancy but hit the spot. Staff handled our big group without any fuss. Took a bit longer than I hoped to get the bill, but overall fine for a relaxed midday break.

It is on Main Street to the lake and has a beautiful view of the lake! The terrace is cute! As all restaurants in Meersburg the prices are higher than elsewhere!

The outdoor seating is really nice, soft music and umbrellas over every table. We grabbed a late lunch there with friends and ended up staying way longer than planned. Panna cotta was spot on, not too sweet. Pasta was solid, same level as the pizza. Good spot if you want to chill for a while.

The owner talked us into trying the fresh mussels even though they weren't on the menu. So glad we listened. Pizza was solid too. Just bring cash, they don't take cards.

Schnitzel was solid. Crispy, not greasy. Breakfast surprised me too, simple but good. Place is basic, no frills, but that's fine. Food does the talking here. Nothing fancy, just honest cooking.

The seafood platter was fresh, and watching planes take off while eating is pretty cool. Service a bit slow though.

The cheese fondue here is the real deal—that house blend with Appenzeller, Gruyère, and Vacherin has a proper kick to it. Bread and pickles on the side just work. They brought an English menu without me asking, which was nice. Service was friendly, no complaints.

The lunch menu had a sea bass that was cooked just right. I appreciated that the salads were fresh and generous, not just a sad little side plate. The old building gives it a nice atmosphere, though I did wish there were a few more vegetable options on the main courses. Still, a solid spot for a light lunch.

Been coming here for a while now. The meat dishes are always on point, cooked just right every single time. Place is comfortable, easy to get to. Only thing is dessert can take a bit, but I keep coming back for the food anyway.

The grilled fish was spot on—flaky inside, crispy skin. Ingredients tasted properly fresh. Service kept up without hovering. Solid spot.

The schnitzel here is really solid — meat stays tender and the breading has that proper crunch. It’s not cheap, but you can tell they do it right. I sat near the window and the light was nice, made the whole meal feel a bit more relaxed. Would come back if I’m craving that again.

Stopped by after seeing the castle from the road—got lucky with a table. The cheese soup was good, though I wished for more greens on the plate. View definitely made it nicer.

Service was spot on - friendly but not hovering. They swapped a side for me without any fuss and the wine suggestion actually worked well with my dish. Owner came by for a quick chat, funny guy. Made the whole thing feel more personal. Only thing, place got a bit loud later on. Still, solid experience.

Been coming here for years now. The pizza's still got that same crisp bottom and the sauce isn't too sweet. Had the margherita again last night, simple but done right. Place gets busy around 7, so I usually grab a seat early. Not the cheapest slice in town, but you pay for what you get.

The building’s gorgeous, real old-school vibe. Food was solid but a bit pricey for the portions. Service was quick and friendly though. 👍

The lunch menu is where it’s at—€12 for a decent-sized pizza that actually fills you up. Quality ingredients, you can taste it. Place looks nice and modern, but it gets loud around noon, so don’t plan on a quiet chat. Fine for a quick bite though. I’d come back for the price alone.

Came for the view, stayed for the hospitality. The family running the place went above and beyond when we had car trouble, and the food was delicious too. Make a reservation—it gets busy.

Decent spot for a quick meal, easy to find and prices are fair. The food was pretty good, though it did take a while to come out and wasn't always hot when it arrived. Opening hours are a bit limited, which is a small hassle. Fine if you're not in a rush.

The menu’s pretty small, but honestly that’s part of the appeal. The vegetarian stuff was well thought out, not just an afterthought. Really liked that.

The pasta with dried fish in the sauce was the highlight. That salty, umami kick is something you don't find often. I just focused on the plate and it delivered. Portion was decent too. I'd go back just for that dish again.

The truffle risotto at La Bocca really stood out for me. Creamy without being heavy, and the truffle flavor came through nicely. I also tried one of their summer spritzes, which felt fairly priced for the area. Would go back just for that risotto again, though maybe I’d ask for a bit more salt next time.

The tiramisu was the real deal. Soft, coffee-soaked, not too sweet. The place itself is small and a little tucked away, but that’s part of the charm. Cozy lighting, felt like we could sit there for hours. Service was fine, nothing flashy. Just a solid, quiet dinner.

Came back the next day just for the char—kids actually finished their plates, which never happens with fish. Whitefish was solid too.

Cozy place, outdoor seating was nice. Had the pasta, solid enough. Bit pricey for what you get, but fine for a chill dinner. Service was okay, not super fast. Wouldn't go out of my way, but if you're in the area, it works.
