Been coming here for years now. The team always remembers you, and they’re quick with a suggestion if you’re stuck. That’s what keeps me coming back – you know exactly what you’re getting.

Had some issues before, but this visit was much better. Food arrived hot and tasty. The wine list is decent, but could use a few more interesting options.

Love the vibe here! The landlady is so friendly, makes you feel right at home. Spotted Old Moat Cider on tap, which was a nice find. The free jukebox is a fun touch for a chilled evening. Heard they do live music some nights too.

Lovely quiet spot to unwind. The hot tub tucked behind the trees was private and perfect. Hearing the owls after dark was a really nice touch. Just what we needed.

Been here loads. It’s just your regular Nando’s, which is fine by me. Food’s always fresh and comes out quick. Staff are sound. Nothing fancy, but it’s reliable.

Love popping in with friends! The staff, especially Rachael, are so friendly and make you feel right at home.

Been coming here for years, and the tapas are always spot on. Even on a packed Friday night, the patatas bravas taste exactly the same as they did last month. That kind of consistency keeps me coming back.

The fried camembert was the star. The fajitas were decent but the spice was a bit all over the place.

Lovely Sunday roast. The portions were generous, and the staff were so attentive - they kept quietly topping up our potatoes and Yorkshire puddings without us even asking. Made for a very relaxed, comfortable lunch.

Lovely, warm Italian atmosphere. The margarita pizza and seafood tagliatelle came out quickly. Just a really nice, relaxed spot to have a meal. The lighting was soft and the chairs were actually comfortable, which is a plus.

Decent spot for a cold one. Sat outside, the shade was nice on a warm afternoon. Drinks were chilled and hit the spot. Nothing fancy, but does the job.

They were really nice about moving our booking earlier. The cod was lovely and light.

Cozy spot for a quiet pint. Had the ham, egg and chips. The ham was really good, thick cut and not too salty. Chips were fine, nothing special. It's a solid, no-fuss meal.

Loved the bottomless brunch. The server was so attentive, my mimosa was never empty. Really appreciated not having to flag anyone down for a refill. The whole flow was relaxed.

Popped in late Friday after a long day. The atmosphere was just right for unwinding. What really stood out was the Guinness – poured perfectly, and the price was a nice surprise. A very comfortable spot to end the week.

Had the roast lamb in a brioche bun with a pint of Neck Oil. The lamb was tender, really well-seasoned, and the brioche was soft but held up. The beer was crisp and cold. Just a solid, tasty combo.

The truffle arancini are the only reason I go. Crisp outside, creamy risotto inside, the truffle flavour is deep and not just a scent. A bit pricey for two pieces, but the taste is spot on.

Great spot, the sakura was delicious. Their wine list had a nice pairing for it. Prepaid card system is a bit clunky though.

The staff were so lovely! Service got a bit slow after our mains, but they were still really sweet about it.

Took my mum for her birthday. The grilled salmon was the highlight - so fresh and flaky, you could really taste the quality of the fish. It came with a lovely side of seasonal greens. A very satisfying meal.

Really cosy little spot, perfect for a catch-up with friends. The small space makes it feel like you've got the place to yourselves. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait for a table on weekends.

The sizzling steak skillet was the star. Staff were really nice to my little one, which made a difference.

Popped in for a late lunch. The staff were so kind, even added a little birthday touch to the dessert plate, which was a nice surprise. The steak was cooked just right, and their house red was a solid, robust pairing for it. Portions are generous, you won't leave hungry.

The calzone is huge, easily enough for two. The dough was crispy outside, soft inside. The filling was generous, really packed in there. For the price, you get a very filling meal.

Service was really nice. Staff were friendly but not hovering, which I appreciate. Food came out hot and tasted good. Just a comfortable, straightforward place for a meal.

The chocolate lava cake was the standout. Warm, gooey centre with a rich, dark flavour that wasn't too sweet. The vanilla ice cream on the side was a good, simple pairing. They brought it out with a candle, which was a nice touch.

Been coming here for years, and the ginger lamb chops are still the reason. They get the balance just right every time—flavourful but never greasy. That consistency keeps me coming back.

The three-course set menu is a steal for the price. My cocktail was really well-balanced, not too sweet. The whole place has a cool, buzzy vibe.

The lamb rogan josh was a pleasant surprise. Tender, with a good level of spice. Service was efficient and attentive even on a quiet Tuesday lunch.

Lorraine and Daisy were on top of things. Quick with refills, remembered our preferences without being asked. That kind of attentive service is what makes a meal.
