Stopped by without a reservation and got lucky — only waited like 10 minutes at the bar. They even brought a little complimentary drink while we waited, which was a nice surprise. The grilled octopus was the standout for me, super tender, not rubbery at all. Mussels were good too but the octopus is what I'd come back for.

The Madero bacon burger never disappoints, junior size still fills me up. Lemonade's a must. Just don't wander far, that pager's range is short.

Food came quick, which I always appreciate. Got the picanha and it was solid. Caipirinha hit the spot, not too sweet. Staff was chill and didn't hover. Place was busy but I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Good spot for a fast lunch if you're in the area.

The grilled octopus was spot on—charred outside, tender inside. That alone made me forget the place was kinda pricey. Service was a bit all over the place though, took a while to get our drinks. Still, I'd come back for that dish. Maybe on a quieter night.

The grilled fish was solid, and the minced meat dishes hit the spot. Cocktails were the real standout though—bartender knows what they're doing. Service kept things moving without hovering.

The executive lunch here is solid for the price. I had the gnocchi with gorgonzola and it was the best thing on the table. Set menu has enough variety too. Only thing is the space is tight and gets loud, so not the spot if you want a quiet chat. But for a quick workday meal, it works.

Henrique was a decent waiter, spoke good English and gave us some solid local tips. The complimentary sparkling wine was a nice touch. Food was pretty good too.

The self-service barbecue here is really good, especially the picanha. Place is clean and organized, service was quick too. Solid spot right in the center of Petrópolis.

Márcia took care of us the whole night, super attentive without being pushy. That kind of service you don't see often, especially at this price point.

Great wine bar in Botafogo! Happy hour wine by the glass is a solid deal. Food's tasty but portions run small—definitely order a few things to share.

The vegan options here surprised me — really fresh ingredients and a nice take on Amazonian dishes. Menu has good variety too. Just wish they had a few more choices for non-vegans.

Cozy spot, that’s for sure. Sat outside on the veranda and it was pretty chill. Staff came by just enough, not hovering. Had a good time just hanging out, no rush. Place has a nice vibe to it. 👍

The açaí bowl tasted great, no complaints there. But they served it in a cup with the toppings on the side — kinda weird, I'd rather have it all mixed in. Staff looked a bit rushed too, took a while to grab their attention. Still, for a quick bite, it did the job.

The food was really good, even if the menu felt more Italian than Brazilian. I wasn’t expecting that, but it worked. The seating was comfortable too, which I always appreciate. Service was friendly and didn’t rush us. Just a heads up, it’s a bit on the pricier side, but the meal itself was satisfying. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

The octopus and shrimp croquette were so good, and that Milagros drink hit the spot. Place is tiny though, perfect for a small crew. 😄

Great spot for a cold beer and some coxinhas. Classic Rio bar feel, nothing fancy but it works. Snacks were solid and came out quick.

Cool spot with that vintage vibe. Tapas were solid, especially the patatas bravas. Beer list had some good local picks. Service kept it chill, no hovering. 👍

Went for the buffet and honestly the food kept coming fresh the whole time. Service was on point, never had to wait long for anything. Place felt chill, not too crowded when I was there. Solid spot if you're in the area and hungry.

Food was decent, but the all-you-can-eat thing felt messy. Long gaps between dishes, and it got pretty loud inside. Staff were nice though, just not super organized. Probably fine if you're not in a rush.

The Mamma Quaresma pizza was really good, and the draft beer went well with it. Just watch out for the hot cherry tomatoes.

Decent portions for the price. Ordered the grilled fish, it was a proper plateful. Not fancy, but solid. Felt like a good deal after eating.

The cheese bread here is always on point. Got the hot chocolate too and honestly it was the best part of the visit. Staff were nice, no complaints there. Place gets busy around lunch so grab a seat if you can. Just wish they had a bit more variety on the menu, but what they do, they do well.

The baked kibbeh here is really good, soft and fresh. I usually grab takeout because lunchtime gets so busy, but the open cheese esfiha is worth it too. Dough is always nice and soft. Solid spot for Arabic food in Niterói, nothing fancy but dependable.

Loved the vibe and the coffee, barista was super helpful. Wi-Fi situation was a bit confusing though.
