The pastrami sandwich and tornedor were solid, good portions too. Like the numbered card ordering system, makes things easy. AC was struggling a bit when I was there though.

Been coming here for a while now, and the pork bao still gets me every time. Miso soup's solid too. Service can drag a bit if they're busy, but the food stays consistent, which is why I keep going back. Good spot for sushi in the neighborhood.

Raw kibbeh was spot on. Beer ice cold. Thursday deal gets you double the portion, worth it. Place is nothing fancy but does the job for a quick bite.

Went for lunch, ordered the grilled fish with vegetables. Really fresh, you can tell they don't mess around with the ingredients. Prices are a bit steep, but for the quality, I get it. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. If you're into clean eating, this place respects that.

The pizza was solid and the pasta too. We sat outside, easy walk from the hotel. Service was quick enough, even with the kids. Been here a few times now, still hits the spot.

The pasta came out properly al dente, sauce had real depth to it. I ordered a glass of barolo alongside and honestly that pairing worked better than the food alone. Tiramisu was solid too, coffee kick came through nicely. Place gets busy around 8 so expect some noise, but the kitchen knows what they're doing.

All-you-can-eat for R$85 is a solid deal. Meat selection wasn't huge but what they had was good. Shrimp risotto was on point. Service was fast, the guy carving the meat didn't let the table sit empty.

The space inside is really nice and open. Got the cod and it was a solid portion, no bones at all. Just be careful, the cast-iron pan keeps it crazy hot for a while. Worth letting it cool down first.

The margherita here is legit. Dough’s light, puffy at the edges, just the right amount of char. Toppings taste fresh, not overloaded. Had the baked burrata first, that was solid too. Pizza came out hot, crust held up. One of the better Neapolitan spots I’ve tried in Rio.

Great view of the beach, hands down. Food was solid too, some of the best I had in Rio. Pricey though, but I guess you pay for the scenery.

The mixed platter with grilled meats was the highlight for me. Per-kilo system is smart, lets you sample a bit of everything. Gets crowded right at noon though, so come early if you want a quieter table.

The grilled octopus was spot on, tender and smoky. Eduardo cracked us up the whole time, even switched to Spanish with us. Food hit the mark.

Stopped by for a quick bite and grabbed the ham and cheese baguette. Pretty solid, bread had a nice crunch. Staff was chill, didn't rush me at all. Place gets busy around noon, but it's fine for a fast meal. Nothing fancy, just good basic food.

Naldo took good care of us, never had to wait long for anything. Tiramisu was the best part of the meal, really solid finish.

The picanha was spot on. Juicy, decent char, seasoned just right. Had the farofa on the side, could've used a bit more salt but whatever. For the price, the portion was fair. I'd order that again.

The pizza here is solid, no doubt. Tried a few of their creative flavors and they really know what they're doing with the dough. Just make sure you eat it right there, cause it doesn't travel well at all. Gets soggy fast. I live nearby so I stop in pretty often, it's my go-to when I don't feel like cooking.

Good meat spot. Had the picanha, properly seasoned and cooked just right. Bar drinks are solid too. Pricey for sure, but you get what you pay for.

Stopped by for bread and ended up wandering the whole place—they’ve got a butcher section, cakes, even charcoal for grilling. Feels like a mini market. Owner was there, which was nice. Just don’t expect cheap prices, it’s a bit above average.

Came for the picanha and honestly, it was really good. Meat was fresh, cooked just right. Portion is big, I couldn't finish mine. Just wish they had more veggie sides to balance it out.

The view really does most of the work here, but the food doesn't disappoint either. Tried the pork loin fritters to start and they were solid. Came back on the weekend for the feijoada and it was hearty, just the right amount of flavor. Place gets busy so it's a bit tight on seating, but you're not really paying attention to that once you're looking at the scenery.

The steak was cooked exactly how I asked, medium rare, nice char on the outside. Place has a good energy, kinda loud but it works for the vibe. Our server was on top of things even though they were busy. Had the picanha, pretty solid cut. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

Food was solid, no complaints there. Staff actually paid attention, and a couple of them spoke English, so ordering was straightforward. Not the kind of place you get lost in translation. I'd come back if I'm in the area again. Service made the difference, honestly.

Solid pizza at Gávea Shopping. The natural fermentation makes it light. Burrata crostata was good too. Pricey but fair for the quality.

Washington took care of us the whole night. Super attentive but not hovering, you know? He knew exactly when to come by. Suggested a couple dishes that were spot on. Made the whole thing way easier since we had no clue what to order. Solid service honestly.

The coxinha was spot on, and the caldinho de feijão hit the spot. Even the chicken sandwich surprised me. Portions are pretty generous too.

Great local tap selection, always something new to try. Bartender knew their stuff and helped me pick. Solid spot if you're into craft beer. 🍺

The pepperoni pizza was solid, honestly. The crust had that nice char and the scamorza gave it a little something extra. It actually reminded me of classic US takeout pepperoni, which I mean as a compliment. For the price, I thought the portion was decent. Not mind-blowing, but I'd grab it again if I'm in the area and craving a slice.

The ceviche was fresh and the grilled skewers hit the spot. Sitting right on the beach made it feel special, though it's a bit pricey for sure.

Small place, decent Portuguese vibe. Food was solid, service friendly enough. Felt like a quick break from the usual spots around here.

Went for the omakase and honestly the bluefin tuna was the highlight. For what you pay, the portion and quality feel right. I've had way pricier omakase in other cities that didn't hit this level. Just wish they'd slow down a bit between courses, felt a little rushed.
