The Black Angus was solid, cooked right. But honestly the veggie patty surprised me more—texture was so close to real meat I had to double-check. Homemade bun held up well too. Place was busy but we got our food quick. Would come back for that veggie burger alone.

Solid food presentation, easily top-tier even by chef-owned standards. Waiter stayed on top of things.

Nice spot right by the park, easy to stop by after a walk. The terrace is big and clean, not crowded when we went. Staff kept an eye on us but didn't hover, which I appreciate. Food came out fine, nothing crazy but decent for the price. I'd sit outside again, that's the main draw here.

Stayed here one evening with a group. Spot in the old town, easy to find. Service was fast, no waiting around for refills. We ordered finger food and drinks, kept coming the whole time. Nothing fancy, but it worked fine for what we needed. Prices fair for the location. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

The terrace by the water is lovely, that’s the main draw. Service was quick and friendly, no complaints there. I had the burger, it was pretty good, decent size. Slightly pricey for what it is, but you’re paying for the view, I guess. Fine for a relaxed meal if you’re in the area.

Been coming here for a while now. The vault setting still gets me every time—no other bar in Bucharest feels like this. Cocktails are solid, yeah they're a bit much, but you pay for the vibe. Marius knows his history too.

Nice little hideaway from the Old Town craziness. The staff were friendly and we grabbed a table on the quieter side street. Good spot if you just want a pint without the chaos 🍺

Gabi really made the difference here — super friendly and actually seemed to care. Great spot if you're catching up with friends and want decent service without it feeling stiff.

Came for the pub quiz last week and the host really made it fun. We grabbed some beer snacks and they were fresh, not the usual stale stuff. Place had a good vibe for a Tuesday night. Only thing is it got a bit crowded later, but that's on us for coming late. I've been a few times now, and the quiz nights stay consistently solid.

Stopped by for a quick glass and a bite. Wine list is huge, 500+ bottles, prices are fair. Staff knew their stuff, helped me pick something solid. 👍 Didn't feel rushed even though I was on a short break. Good spot if you're into wine and want something decent without the fuss.

Stopped by for a glass of wine, ended up staying longer than planned. The owner knows his stuff, walked me through a few Romanian and Georgian bottles. Cozy spot in the Old Town, easy to miss from the outside. Prices are fair for what you get. Would go back if I’m in the area again.

Good whiskey selection and the cocktails were solid. Tuna tartare surprised me, actually decent. Service was quick and friendly. Bar itself is a bit loud but fine for a drink.

Stopped by after walking around the Black Church area. Beer’s the real highlight—properly crafted, lots of flavor. Food menu’s short but the ribs were solid, messy in the best way. Staff didn’t rush us even when it got busy. Only thing is the place gets loud later in the evening, but that’s on us for staying so long. A cold one here hits different.

Been coming here for a while now. Still got that same stack of manga in the corner, and the old consoles are always set up. Nice to see a place that doesn't change just for the sake of it. Grabbed some food while reading, pretty chill afternoon. It's a bit cramped sometimes, but I keep coming back.

Stopped by for a beer last week. Nice little spot by the stream, terrace is decent when the weather cooperates. They carry a good mix of local and imported stuff. Place is pretty cramped though, so if you're with more than a couple people, call ahead. I'd go back for a quiet drink.

Great wine list, honestly. The staff actually knows their stuff and helped me pick something new. Cheese board was solid too.

Came here with a couple of friends and honestly the prices caught me off guard, in a good way. We ordered a bunch of stuff and it was all solid, nothing fancy but tasty. Place is pretty casual, good for hanging out and not stressing about the bill. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Nice spot to sit outside when the weather cooperates. Staff let us linger over coffee without rushing us. Good enough for a casual afternoon stop.

Best smash burger in Galati, hands down. Patty was juicy and the cheesy fries hit the spot. Quick service too, got my food in no time. Regular stop for me now.

Came here for hookah with a few friends. Good flavor selection, the mint one was smooth. Terrace gets pretty loud though, so not the place if you want to chat quietly. Fine for a group hangout.

Big terrace tucked near the center, easy to miss if you're not looking. Prices felt fair for what we got. Staff kept things moving without hovering.

The pizza’s still solid after all these years, and the 1L draft beer is a nice touch. Classic pub vibe, perfect for hanging out with friends. Just wish it wasn’t so packed on weekends. 🍕

Pizza and chicken strips were solid, but the burger’s bun-to-patty ratio is off—too much bread. Service was slow, so don’t come starving. Decent for a quick bite if you’re not in a rush.

Solid pub grub and the staff kept our pints coming without us asking. Fish and chips were crispy, batter wasn't greasy. Place got loud later but that's on us for staying.

Pet-friendly spot, gets busy on Fridays so calling ahead helps. Staff were genuinely nice and the regulars made it feel super welcoming.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Grilled sausages with potatoes and pickles did the job — solid, traditional, no complaints. Beer list is decent too, both local and imported. Place was busy but service kept up. Fair price for what you get. Wouldn't go out of my way, but fine if you're in the area.
