The line moved pretty fast even though it was busy. The staff outside was really nice, they even offered water while we waited. It's a small thing but it made the wait feel a lot better.

The takeout is just as good as dining in. Quality is consistent and it's very convenient for a quick meal.

Came in right before closing, but the staff was so sweet about it! They even brought us some free tea. It was a really nice, cozy way to end a night out with friends.

The steak au poivre was cooked perfectly. A bit pricey for the portion, but a solid choice for French food in Houston.

First time trying their crepes. The s'mores one was so good, warm and gooey inside. Matcha latte was solid too. Just a nice, simple spot.

Service was on point, the dining room looks fresh. That steak salad though – the sirloin is seasoned like a gyro, really makes the dish. Ate it all.

Solid onion rings, perfectly crispy. Fries came out hot and crisp too. Exactly what you want with a burger. Quick service for a busy lunch.

Grilled shrimp po-boy was on point. Hush puppies too. Got enough for leftovers, which was perfect for lunch the next day. Solid spot.

Loved the whole ship vibe here! The catfish po' boy was the star for me—super crispy and the bread was perfect. Our server was really friendly and made great suggestions. It's a little on the pricier side, but I'd come back just for that sandwich.

Their tres leches cake is the real deal. It's incredibly moist and rich, but not overly sweet. Just the right amount of cream. A solid finish to a meal.

First time here, and the top-shelf margaritas with fresh lime were spot on. Jason was a really enthusiastic server, which made the evening.

I've been coming here for years and the vibe is always just right. The lighting is warm, the chairs are comfortable, and it never feels too loud. It's a nice spot to just relax.

A solid Chicago-style deep dish, pretty authentic for Houston. The patio seating is nice, though the interior felt a bit cramped.

The char-grilled oysters were the highlight for me. You could really taste the freshness of the seafood, and the seasoning was spot-on without being heavy. A nice, light option that felt satisfying.

Love the vibe here! It's like you're instantly transported to a cozy Irish pub, not in Texas at all. Perfect spot to catch up with friends over a pint. The decor has so much character.

The burgers are pretty good and the patty was juicy. Sweet potato fries were a nice side, though the bun got a bit soggy.

Weekday lunch buffet is a solid deal. The selection rotates, and the ingredients are fresh. Good mix of meat and veggie options. Simple, clean space.

Ian was our server and he was on top of things all night. Really funny guy, too. He checked in just enough without hovering. My water glass never got empty, which is a small thing but I notice it.

The lamb rack and chicken tikka masala are the move. Flavors are rich and balanced. Solid for a quick lunch or a date night.

The lamb in the Goan curry was so tender. You could really taste the fresh spices, not just the heat. The samosa filling had nice chunks of potato and peas. A solid spot for a flavorful, quick lunch.

The crust on their pizza is so thin and crisp, it’s just right. I keep coming back for that simple margherita.

Kookaburra Wings were solid as always, but the salads really stood out this time. So crisp and fresh, you could tell everything was just prepped. The staff was hustling but still had a smile.

Been coming here for years. The bar's a solid spot to unwind. Cocktails are always tasty, service is on point. It's just a reliable place.

So many cheesecake choices! I counted at least 15 kinds on the menu. We tried the original and the Oreo one. The original was classic and creamy, just right. The Oreo was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my friend loved it. Good spot for dessert.

Spacious and clean, with a few TVs playing in the background. Perfect for catching up with friends over a casual meal. The vibe is just right for a group hangout.

Classic Houston spot. The portions are huge and the food is consistently flavorful. A reliable choice for a solid meal.

The fried calamari is a must-share starter for the table. The chicken parmesan is huge, perfect for splitting with a friend.

They were still hanging the Christmas lights when we stopped in. The veal piccata was spot on, tender with a nice lemony sauce. My wife loved her cheesy pasta with bacon. Friendly service, even during the busy setup.

Came for the birthday dinner. The steak was cooked just right, medium rare with a nice sear. Juicy and flavorful, didn't even need the sauce. Portion was solid.
