Came here for the fresh sardines and honestly they didn’t let me down. Super chill spot by the river, kinda rustic but that’s the vibe. Prices are a bit high though, but the seafood quality makes up for it. Good place to go with friends if you’re into simple, tasty food. 😊

Dropped by for lunch and grabbed the tuna steak — pretty solid, cooked right. Portion was big enough that I skipped dessert, though the sweet potato cake looked tempting. Place was loud, but that's on me for coming at peak time. Fair price for what you get. Wouldn't mind trying the swordfish next time.

Stopped by a few times during my stay. Coffee’s solid, service friendly enough. Gets crowded, but that’s a good sign. Live music in the square adds something.

Rooftop view over Lagos is solid, cocktails well made. Prices slightly above nearby bars, but you're paying for the setting. Got busy by evening, still managed decent service.

The Thursday duck rice special is the one to get. Really tender meat, and the rice soaks up all the flavour. You can tell it's a family running the place, they put actual care into it. Went on a Monday once and had the pork cheeks, also solid. Just wish they had more seating, gets a bit tight.

Dropped by for dinner last week, place was pretty busy but we got a table fast. Had the grilled fish and it came out juicy, not overcooked like most spots do it. Prices fair for the area, especially compared to some tourist traps nearby. Service was quick enough, nothing fancy but they got the job done. Solid choice if you're in the neighborhood and don't want to overthink it.

The place was spotless and parking was easy. Kids loved the little play area while we waited. Only tried the soup but it was decent, nothing fancy. Menu had a few good options though.

Excellent traditional portuguese restaurant. The goat stew was very tasty. Excellent wines and service. Highly recommend.

Came for the happy hour and honestly the cocktails are the reason to go. Half price from 6 to 8pm, and they don't skimp on the pour. Got a negroni that was properly strong, not watered down. Place was getting busy by 7 but service kept up fine. Will be back for sure.

Stopped by for a quick bite and a coffee. Pastries were solid, fresh orange juice really hit the spot. Prices are a bit steep for what you get, but the outdoor seating makes it worth it. Staff were friendly enough, didn't have to wait long for my order. Good spot if you're in a rush and want something decent.

Great spot to grab food with friends. The spicy honey ribs were so good, we almost ordered another plate. Service was quick and the place had a fun vibe going on.

The staff were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was solid, tried some traditional Portuguese dishes and they hit the spot. Quick service too, which I appreciated.

Tuna came out medium rare just right, really fresh and tasty. Place feels like a proper local spot, nothing fancy but solid. Sat at the counter and watched them prep, that was cool. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

Been coming here for a while now. The coffee's still strong and the beer's always cold, which is basically all I need. Prices haven't crept up either, which I appreciate. Service is chill, not in your face. Good spot to just sit and waste an afternoon. Not fancy, but it doesn't try to be.

Good deal for all-you-can-eat sushi, fish tasted fresh. Staff were friendly enough. Place got pretty loud by the end though.

Came here on a random weekday afternoon, no crowds, just the sound of the waves. Had the grilled fish—simple, fresh, decent size for the price. Not fancy, but it hit the spot. Staff left me alone mostly, which I appreciated. Place is a bit tucked away, but that's part of the charm. Wouldn't go out of my way every week, but for a lazy day, it works.

Stopped by on a Sunday when most places were shut. Coffee did the job, strong and quick. Had a slice of quiche, still warm, pretty solid. Cake looked good too but I didn't have time to sit around. Staff didn't rush me, which was nice. Fine spot if you need a fast bite and decent caffeine.

Stopped by for lunch after walking around the marina. Got the carvery and sautéed shrimp, portions were seriously big for the price. Couldn't finish everything. View is nice if you grab a table outside. Service was quick enough. Solid spot if you're hungry and don't want to overpay.

The vibe here is really what got me—wooden tables, those weeping figs, and you can hear the waves the whole time. Staff were friendly without hovering. Food’s simple but done right, nothing fancy. Good spot if you want to sit around for a couple hours and just relax. Maybe not for a quick bite, though.

The restaurant didn’t have our reservation, and we almost got sent away. They blamed the fork, and indirectly us for booking through the fork. It was pretty offensive and they should have instead apologised for not having their things in order, and not blame the client. Booked it a week before and confirmed on the day itself. Not a good way to start the evening and the manager of the restaurant was clearly stressed out. The reception of the hotel was also pretty cold and had a hard to time to produce a smile.Other than that, the food, albeit in the expensive side, is of really good quality and the staff in the restaurant are friendly and work well.

We had lunch there today. The food was very good and the service friendly. Nice place to relax. My only critic is the price of the beer. Five Euros for a large beer is too much.

Wonderful little restaurant, we sat outside but I hadn’t realised they had an upstairs area that I’ll be trying next time! The picanha I had was amazing and there’s so many sides included that I couldn’t finish everything. All delicious and top quality, while being big portions and very reasonably priced. The service was friendly and fast, the sangrias are strong and tasty!
