The cinnamon pecan roll was so fresh, with really good ingredients. A nice treat for a health-conscious choice.

My go-to is the Carnitas Benedict. The waffles and pancakes are solid for something sweet. Portions are big, no complaints there.

Came here for dinner. The pork chop was really good, juicy and well-seasoned. Staff was nice, gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. A solid spot.

Restaurant Week menu was a solid deal. The salmon was a huge portion, cooked just right. My wife’s scallops were a hit. Good value for the price.

The coffee is pretty good, but the pastries are the real draw. The croissants are excellent, flaky and buttery. It’s a nice spot for a quiet morning. The service was a bit slow today, but otherwise fine.

Got the assorted truffles as a gift. Love that each one is wrapped separately—makes it easy to save a few for later. The raspberry one is the best, really fruity and not too sweet.

The biscuits and gravy are a standout. Cheddar and thyme biscuit really makes it. Loaded hash browns are also a must-try. Perfect for a quick, filling lunch. Got my order in under 10 minutes.

Coffee was fresh and strong, just how I like it. Prices felt a bit steep for simple toast and eggs though. Probably the downtown spot. Still, I'd go back for that coffee.

Great quick lunch spot. The quiche lorraine was fresh and tasty. Staff was fast and friendly, got my order out in no time.

The staff here is always so friendly, even when the place is packed. They handle the rush really well, which makes the whole meal feel relaxed.

Love the cozy, no-fuss vibe at The Uptowner. It's exactly what you want from a classic diner. The biscuits and gravy are fantastic, and those hashbrowns have the best crunch. Felt like a warm hug on a chilly morning.

The staff was really nice and patient, even when it was busy. We got seated pretty quickly. The food was good, the flavors were solid. The pasta was a bit too al dente for my taste, but overall a fine meal.

That pimento cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel is a must. The flavors really work. Had it with a strong black coffee, which cut through the richness nicely. A solid start to the day.

Cozy basement with comfy couches is the best spot. Grabbed a latte and just chilled with my book for an hour. Felt nice to unwind.

The smashed onion burger was cooked just right, and the portion was generous. We started with the perogis and deviled eggs, which were a nice touch. The service was friendly and made the whole meal feel very relaxed.

The breakfast burrito is solid. Chorizo has a nice kick, eggs are fluffy, and the hash browns inside add a good crunch. Could use a bit more cheese, but the flavors work. Ate it on the patio.

The staff are so nice here. They actually ask how your day is going, which is a sweet detail. It feels genuine, not just a routine thing.

Nice wine list, and the sommelier knew his stuff. Picked a bottle that went well with the steak. Saw a lot of people trying the amaro flight, looked interesting.

The staff was super patient when I had a ton of customizations on my order. They really took the time to sort it all out. The food was still really good, which was a nice surprise.

The two-meat plate is huge. My buddy and I split one and still had leftovers. Good for a casual lunch.

Love the veggie options here. Their house pickles are a standout, more like a crisp, fresh cucumber with just a hint of tang. Really nice. The place has a chill, relaxed vibe.
