The banana leaf-wrapped fish had a nice smoky tang to it. Staff knew their menu well and pointed me in the right direction. Pretty good spot for coastal Indian food.

The buffet spread was pretty solid, but honestly the seating area felt a bit cramped. Could use a little more breathing room between tables. Food was decent though.

The pork vindaloo here hit the spot, and a chilled Kingfisher paired with it was just right. Rooms are basic but tidy. Decent spot if you're after a simple, affordable stay.

Been coming here for a while now. The Goan prawn curry in the coconut is still my go-to—that dish never misses. Kalchi Kodi was good too, though a bit subtle for my taste.

Decent place, friendly staff. Food was good but a bit pricey for the area. Just keep in mind they only take cash, no cards.

Went here with my girls after beach hopping, and honestly the thali hit the spot. Breads were fresh, curry had that proper homemade taste. Place is simple but clean, no fuss. We sat for like 2 hours just chatting, nobody rushed us. Good spot if you want a chill veg meal without the fancy stuff. 😌

Went here on a weekday afternoon, place wasn't too crowded. The sizzler was decent, meat cooked properly, sauce had a good kick. Price is a bit on the higher side but portion makes up for it. Beach view from the table is a bonus, though it gets a little warm sitting outside. Staff let us take our time, no rush.

Music was great, vibe was on point. Food though? Hit or miss honestly. One dish was solid, the other just okay. Not mad about it, just wish it was more consistent.

Tried the kingfish rawa fry and Goan chilli chicken — both were solid. Fish was fresh, crispy outside. The chilli chicken had a nice kick. Owner seemed like a chill guy, made us feel comfortable. Finished with caramel pudding, sweet but not too heavy. Simple place, no fuss. Wouldn't mind going back if I'm in the area again.

Second visit here. Saturday night was packed, so definitely book ahead. Staff knew the menu well and their suggestions were solid. Goan dishes had proper flavour, not toned down. The coconut crumbed fried ice cream is worth ordering. Service was quick despite the crowd. Good spot if you're in the area and want reliable food.

The chicken cafrel was the standout — proper spicy, juicy, and that masala hit just right. Fish fingers were decent too, crispy outside, soft inside. Honestly, I only care about the food, and this place delivered. Maybe a bit heavy on oil, but I’m not complaining. Would eat that cafrel again anytime.

Loved the vibe here — right on the sand, super chill. Cocktails were solid and didn’t burn a hole in my pocket. Staff was friendly too.

Came for lunch, off-season so place was empty. Had the butter chicken and garlic naan. Gravy was rich, not too sweet, chicken was soft. Naan could've been crispier but dipped well. Honestly the food's decent, nothing mind-blowing. Probably better at night when it's busier and you're drinking.

Perfect spot right at the beach entrance, plenty of shade too. Way more chill than the other shacks nearby. Just wish the seating was a bit more comfortable.

Been coming here for years and the seafood's still spot on. The owner remembers his regulars, which is nice. Prices are fair for Colva. Just go early, it gets busy.

Decent spot to refuel after parasailing. Food was okay, prices fair. They had a nice local beer that hit the spot. Nothing fancy, but it works.

Candlelight by the river, live music—great spot for a date. Pizza and cheese garlic bread were solid. Just wish they didn't slap 18% GST on the food, felt a bit much. A glass of wine would've balanced it better.

The grilled sea bass was cooked just right, and that banana leaf wrapped king fish had proper Goan flavor. We came here twice during our stay. The manager was friendly and kept things lively both nights. Seating felt a bit cramped near the window side, but the food made up for it. Would eat here again if I'm back in the area.

Been coming here for a while now. The sunset from the deck is still the reason I keep going back. Food stays consistent too, which is nice. Service can drag a bit when it's packed, but that's expected. Just book a table early if you want a decent spot.

Went in without much expectation, honestly. The presentation caught me off guard — looked way fancier than the price suggested. Tried their paneer dish and it was properly spiced, not the bland version you get at most places. Portion size was decent for one person. Would go back just for that. Maybe next time I’ll bring a friend to try more things.

The live band on Sunday was a nice touch, really set a relaxed mood. Our waiter Arjun was so helpful, made the whole thing easy. Food had that comforting, homely taste, which I appreciated. Just a good, fuss-free meal.

The fish and chips were solid—crispy batter, proper mushy peas, malt vinegar on the table. Best I’ve had outside the UK or Australia. Portion was decent for the price too.
