The dessert buffet is a highlight, with a variety of delicious options that are both affordable and satisfying. It's a great way to indulge after a meal!

The chicken was juicy, and the ginger sauce on the table was my favorite.

Love the vibe here. It's a small family-run place, feels very warm and lived-in. The staff are genuinely nice, just like you're visiting someone's home. A really comfortable spot to unwind.

Been here a few times for lunch with friends. Food is decent, nothing fancy. Good spot if you're already shopping in the area and need a quick bite.

This place is tiny, but that's part of the appeal. The building is a registered cultural property, which was the coolest part for me. Grabbed a coffee and just enjoyed the atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience at the dinner buffet, especially enjoying the all-you-can-eat wagyu steak and the beautifully presented salads. The staff were very attentive and made the evening special.

The Sri Lankan curry here is the real deal. Spices are spot on, not toned down. They give you a small cup of tea with it, which is a nice way to finish. Been coming for years when I want something solid and familiar.

Came for the vintage vibe, stayed for the desserts. The owner recommended a local sweet wine that paired beautifully with their signature cake. A lovely, quiet spot for an afternoon treat.

It gets packed on weekends for sure. I popped in on a Tuesday morning and it was so much better. Had the whole place almost to myself, could actually enjoy the quiet vibe and take in the decor.

Great spot for a quick coffee break. The terrace is nice and open, feels like you're in a little forest. 👍

Weekday lunch is a steal. Around 1000 yen with a drink. Had the grilled fish set. Fish was fresh, rice perfect. Quiet spot in the afternoon. No wait at all.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The variety of seating options adds to the comfort, and the attentive service enhances the overall dining experience.

Restaurant in Hotel Metropolitan Saitama-Shintoshin

Spacious and comfortable, just a minute from Omiya Station's west exit. Very convenient. Had a decent lunch here, the curry was pretty good. The place did get a bit noisy later on, but it was fine for a quick meal.

The staff was so friendly even when it was packed for lunch. They handled the rush really well, got our order right, and kept checking on us without being pushy. Service like that makes a difference.

Tried the mizu yokan here after a few other old shops. Mitsuyama's has a really rich flavor, and the balance is just right.

The roast beef is a must-try, especially with the tableside searing. The aroma is incredible. The creamy mashed potatoes were a good match. I liked the open kitchen vibe, you can see everything happening.

Miso bread was the highlight. Crispy outside, soft and chewy inside. Sweet and salty flavors balanced just right. That's it.

The curry bread is a nice change — not fried, so it feels a bit lighter. Flavor’s good, though I wish the filling was a touch warmer. Still, I’d order it again.
