The gnocchi is homemade and pretty good. It's a decent, comforting Italian dish. Felt just right for a rainy evening in Sapa. A bit on the small side, but tasty.

I recently celebrated my 45th birthday and the country of choice was Vietnam. I spent a couple if days in Sapa. The day before my birthday, I went to Sky View Restaurant and Bar to make a reservation. I asked one of the waiters that I wanted a guaranteed seat because it is my special day. I was told that no reservation is needed but they'll do it anyway. The next day at dinner, I came back and was welcome right away by the same waiter who I spoke the day before. He also remembered and greeted me happy birthday. Isn't he the sweetest!? I had a seat at their balcony and ordered their Grilled Sturgeon by ethnic style (Sapa local fish), vegetable spring roll and their Terre Forti Trebbiano Chardonay White wine. After dinner, II asked for my bill so I can call it a night. Right before they hand me my tab, the lights went off and I started hearing a birthday song, while the staff of the restaurant approached me with this platter of cake. I was a little teary at that moment, for that pleasant surprise by people I don't even know. I wish I can post the video but unfortunately, this app only allows photos. Despite being alone on my birthday, I felt the warmth and celebrated. This place is highly recommended because:1. Great location - peaceful, decent and clean2. Great food - not too pricey, but you'll get quality food3. Great staff - need I say more?!Thank you to Sapa Sky View Restaurant & Bar for an unforgetable birthday! 😍

Nice quiet spot, good for reading. Sat on the terrace for a couple hours. Staff was friendly, food came out quick. Had the chicken sandwich, it was decent. A bit pricey for what it is, but the atmosphere is nice.

As a Muslim traveler, I was glad to find so many halal choices here, from local dishes to western food.

The tasting menu was a treat. Each course had its own distinct flavor and texture, which I appreciated. The staff was attentive and explained things well. A nice evening out.

Tried the tofu in tomato sauce and vegetable spring rolls. The tofu was super soft and soaked up all that tangy tomato flavor. Spring rolls were crispy and fresh. Definitely some of the best I've had around here. Place is spotless, which is always nice to see.

Dal fry was the best I've had, really flavorful. We ordered a few other things too and everything was just gone so fast. Solid spot for a casual meal.

Their vegetarian pho is really good. Broth is clear and flavorful, noodles were just right. Best one I've had in Vietnam so far. Came for a quick lunch and left happy.

Been here a few times. It's right in the center of Sapa, easy to find. Food is always decent, nothing fancy. Good they take cards, saves a trip to the ATM.

The spring rolls are a must. The wrapper is perfectly crispy but still tender, and the fillings taste so fresh. It was a really nice, light way to start the meal.

Been coming here for years. Their egg coffee is the one thing I keep ordering. Served in that little bowl of hot water, stays warm the whole time you sip it. It's just consistent.

Flavorful food, and plenty of halal choices for our table. The vibe is super welcoming, feels like a family spot. Just what we needed.

I was curious about the crispy chickpea and lentil 'tofu'. It's such a creative idea! The texture was spot-on, crispy outside and soft inside. A really nice surprise.

The hot pot portion is huge, says it's for two but could easily feed three. Had it last night with my wife, we ended up taking leftovers home. Good for the price.

Booked the upstairs terrace for our group of 12. Service was friendly and kept things moving, which was key. The food is classic Vietnamese, reasonably priced. The wine list was a pleasant surprise, found a nice local white that paired well with the grilled dishes.

Stumbled upon this place down a quiet side street. The pumpkin soup was really good, thick and creamy. Salmon with lemon butter was nice, not overcooked. A chill spot away from the main road.

The window seats here are great for people-watching. Just grabbed a coffee and watched the street for a while. Perfect spot to unwind after walking around all day.

Been here a few times. Lunch was good before the drive back to Hanoi. Their egg coffee is the real deal, strong and creamy. Staff are always friendly. It's a solid local spot.

I always stop by for my morning coffee. The beans are freshly ground, and the aroma is just lovely. It's quiet early on, which I appreciate. The oat milk option is a nice touch for those of us watching our diet. A peaceful way to begin the day.

The cold Vietnamese coffee here is a game-changer. I'm used to the hot version, but this was so refreshing and not too sweet. Perfect for a warm day. I'll definitely be back for another one.
