Always busy, but the staff are still so friendly. Food arrives fresh and hot. Their wine list is surprisingly good for a place this casual. Had a nice Pinot Noir with the grilled fish. Book ahead.

The food was really good! We had the laksa and the satay, both were tasty. Service was quick too, our food came out fast. It was nice for a casual catch-up with friends. A bit on the pricier side, but okay for the area.

The mushroom roll was the highlight for me. Packed with umami, the filling was really well-seasoned. Even as a meat-eater, I'd order it again.

A nice quiet spot for a long chat. I really liked their seafood platter, the fish was so fresh and the prawns were firm. Not a huge fan of steak but my friend enjoyed hers. No alcohol here, which I appreciate for a calm evening.

Been coming here for years. Even when it's packed, the wait for a table and then for your food never feels too long. That's what keeps me coming back. The free green tea is a nice bonus while you wait.

Classic Kuching kopitiam. Got my kolo mee and teh tarik in under 5 minutes. Perfect for a quick bite. The vibe is authentic and cozy, just what you need for a fast breakfast. No fuss.

Sarawak Laksa is my go-to here. The broth is rich and comforting, perfect for a casual catch-up with friends. The portion is decent too.

Sashimi on weekends is super fresh, flown in. The rest of the menu is solid too. Just a heads up, it's upstairs with no lift.

Always packed on weekends, but they handle the rush smoothly. Our orders came out quickly even with a full house. Staff kept moving, no one seemed overwhelmed. Efficient service when it's busy is a plus.

The White Russian here has a subtle chocolate note, which was a nice surprise.

The space itself is the star here. Dining in a building with so much history just hits different. The food is good, but honestly, I kept getting distracted by the old tiles and the high ceilings. Felt like a little escape.

Been coming here for years, and that gula apong topping is still the best part. Always on the waffles.

Love how fresh the waffle batter tastes here. You can tell it's made daily. The oat milk in my latte was a nice, creamy option. The space is really open and airy, perfect for a slow afternoon.

Service was prompt and efficient. Staff checked in at the right times without being intrusive. Made a quick business lunch here smooth and hassle-free. Good for a focused meal.

Love the vibe here! Came with a few friends and the staff were so chill, made us feel right at home. Food was tasty, didn't break the bank. Perfect spot for a casual catch-up.

Portions are big, so you get what you pay for. The food is solid. I did find the chairs a bit hard for a long sit, but the staff were really nice about everything.

Black pepper crab was the star. The meat was tender, and the sauce had a good kick without being overpowering. Other dishes were fresh, no complaints there. Service was quick and friendly. A solid meal.

Sambal grilled platter was the star. The sauce had a nice kick, really good with the grilled squid and prawns. They mentioned some seafood might not be available depending on the season, which is fair. Solid choice if you're in the mood for some local flavors.

Grabbed a seat at the bar with a couple mates. The stools are comfy, perfect for just hanging out and chatting over a meal. It’s a good, relaxed spot for a casual catch-up.

Stopped by for dinner. The salted butter crab was really good, fresh and full of flavor. The prawns were solid too. A bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

Been coming here for years, and the kolo mee is always the same. Springy noodles, that simple seasoning. It's just consistent. That's why I keep coming back.

The beef noodles are a solid choice. The broth is decent and the beef chunks are pretty tender. A bit on the salty side for me, but it's a reliable local spot.

I'm a burger fan and this place is a solid find. The simple cheeseburger is really good - the patty has a nice char on it, and the veggies are fresh. The booths are comfy, which makes for a relaxed meal.

The curry chicken here is my go-to. The chicken pieces are tender and the sauce has a nice depth of flavor. I appreciate that it's not overly oily. The portion of rice is generous too. A solid, simple meal.

The breakfast sets are generous and filling, good value. The soft bread is a highlight.
