The fried chicken was crispy, and the kimchi soup had a nice kick. Portions are generous for the price.

Been here a few times for quick lunches. The food's always consistent, which is what I need. Decent portions for the price. Gets a bit noisy when it's packed, but that's fine for a fast bite.

Cyrill's dream project creates a peaceful vibe. Their house red was a surprisingly good match for the setting.

Parking was a bit of a hassle at night, but the vibe inside was worth it. The place was packed, so we grabbed a table first. The warm lighting and wooden tables made it feel really cozy.

Prices are fair for what you get. Shared a few plates with friends, portions were generous. The house red was a decent match for the richer dishes, nothing fancy but it worked. Solid spot for a casual meal.

Generous portions, tasty food. The lamb curry with roti chanai was a standout. They had a decent wine list, and the staff suggested a bold red that paired surprisingly well with the spices. A bit noisy inside, but the food made up for it.

The cakes here are fresh and priced really well. Honestly, I was surprised they cost less than what you'd get from a street vendor. Good portion sizes too, felt like I got my money's worth.

Tried their soup bak kut teh this time. The lean meat was tender, and the broth had a nice depth. Still prefer it over the dry version. Just a solid, comforting bowl.

The hotel restaurant's atmosphere was surprisingly cozy, not too formal. I liked the Alfredo pasta and salmon fish and chips, they looked nice on the plate. It's a comfortable spot for a quiet meal.

Came here on a whim. The Babi Bakar was so good we got another plate right away. Just tender and juicy, really hit the spot.

Been here a few times now, always solid. The fish was fresh, cooked just right. Service is friendly without being overbearing. Portions are decent for the price. It’s my go-to for a straightforward, satisfying dinner.

Service was nice, they sorted out a small order mix-up quickly. Came for a birthday dinner and it was a chill spot for that.

Breakfast starts at 6:30, which works for my schedule. Good to see multiple espresso machines for self-serve coffee. Pastries are decent, and they warmed my croissant when I asked. Solid option for an early meeting.

Steamed seabass was so fresh and tender, and the beancurd with minced meat was a hit with my friends. Perfect spot for a casual dinner catch-up in Kuching. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get.

The cakes are spot on! Not overly sweet, just the way I like it. The texture was perfect, really moist and light. A little pricey, but I'd come back for that matcha slice any day. 😋

Been coming here for years, the chicken pie is still the best in the area. Flaky crust, good filling. Beef pie is decent too. Prices are fair for what you get.

Ordering with the QR code took me a minute to figure out. A staff member noticed and came right over to help me through it. Very kind of them. The whole thing was sorted quickly, so I could just relax and enjoy my meal.

The restrooms were spotless, which is always a nice touch. The whole place just felt so warm and inviting, you know? Perfect spot to just chill with your crew.

Always busy, but the staff are still so friendly. Food arrives fresh and hot. Their wine list is surprisingly good for a place this casual. Had a nice Pinot Noir with the grilled fish. Book ahead.

Cozy spot by the river. The grilled fish was simple and fresh, and they had a decent local white wine that paired nicely.

The climb up the stairs is a bit of a trek, but you're rewarded with this secluded, almost forest-like feel up here. It's a nice escape from the street below.

The food was really good! We had the laksa and the satay, both were tasty. Service was quick too, our food came out fast. It was nice for a casual catch-up with friends. A bit on the pricier side, but okay for the area.

The crispy pata is huge and perfectly crispy. I really appreciate how fresh the ingredients tasted.

The mushroom roll was the highlight for me. Packed with umami, the filling was really well-seasoned. Even as a meat-eater, I'd order it again.

Parking gets tight later on, so we came a bit early. Made it easy to just relax and catch up with friends.
