The staff were so friendly, it felt like visiting a friend's place. Even on a busy Friday night, they made time for a quick chat. That kind of warm service really stood out.

A solid spot for breakfast. The sourdough with salmon and eggs was nicely done, crispy outside and soft within. Oat milk latte was decent, creamy with a nutty note. A pretty good start to the morning, though the coffee could have been a touch hotter.

Really liked the vibe here, perfect for catching up with friends. The seafood chowder was so fresh and tasty. The staff were lovely and it wasn't too loud, so we could actually hear each other talk! 😊

The pizza here is made fresh when you order, so there's a bit of a wait. Totally worth it though. The crust was perfect. We had a great time chatting while it cooked. The old stone building is cool, not too trendy.

Friendly staff and quick service. The cafe itself is lovely, spotlessly clean - even the restrooms. A very pleasant spot for a quiet coffee.

Been coming here for years. It's always quiet, clean, and I can always find a spot to plug in my laptop. Just a reliable place to get some work done over a coffee.

Big breakfast was solid, eggs done right, bacon crisp. Vegan menu is a plus for our group. Service was efficient, got us in and out for a 9 AM meeting. Portion size is decent for the price.

The baked potato with prawn Marie rose was really good. The homemade coleslaw was a nice touch, though the salad was a bit plain.

Had a lovely breakfast here. The bacon was just right, not too crispy. Staff were really friendly, which made the whole thing feel relaxed. Prices are very reasonable too.

The jacket potato was spot on, really well cooked. Good portion size for the price. Service was quick and efficient, which is what I needed on a working lunch. Solid choice for a straightforward meal.

As someone with multiple allergies (gluten, dairy, nuts), I really appreciated how the staff handled it. They checked everything carefully with the kitchen. Even had a couple of gluten-free desserts, which you don't always find. Made the whole meal much less stressful.

Flat white and matcha latte were spot on. Carrot pistachio cake was a nice treat. Good coffee spot for a quick bite. Got my order fast, which is what I needed.

Lovely little spot, really cosy. The owner was so kind, letting us linger after closing while our EV charged up. The salad I had was fresh and crisp, the greens tasted like they were just picked. A nice, simple meal.

Grabbed the full Scottish breakfast here before meeting friends. It's right in the station, so super handy. The plate was huge and hot, really hit the spot. A bit heavy maybe, but perfect for a lazy weekend catch-up.

The carrot cake here is the real deal. Moist, not too sweet, with a proper cream cheese frosting that has a slight tang. The slice was huge. Coffee was decent, but honestly, I just kept thinking about that cake.

Solid Chinese food and good coffee in one spot. Perfect for a quick lunch. Got the dan dan noodles - flavour was spot on, came out fast. Coffee hit the spot too. Just what I needed on a busy day.

Perfect spot for a quick bite before a day out with friends. The breakfast sandwiches are always reliable!

A lovely little Scandinavian spot. Their espresso is top-notch, and the barista suggested a great natural wine that paired beautifully with the cardamom bun. Made for a really relaxed afternoon. The sweets were spot on, though the seating is a bit tight.

Been coming here for years, and their hot chocolate is always spot on. Just wish they'd use a proper mug instead of a paper cup.

The loyalty card is a nice touch. Grabbed a coffee and a pastry on the way to an appointment. It’s a solid spot for that, and the central location is convenient.

The cheese toasties are so good, especially with the add-ons. Sat outside with a blanket, just looking at the view. That cinnamon cardamom twist was a lovely treat too. Shame there's no bathroom, but it's a perfect pit stop.

The tuna jacket potato was massive, really fresh tuna and a good salad with it. The space itself is just comfortable, you know? Nice lighting, decent space between tables. Makes for a relaxed bite.
