The beef rendang here is the real deal. Slow-cooked for hours, the meat just falls apart. The spices are deep and complex, not just spicy. That rich gravy is everything. Been coming since I was a kid, and it's exactly the same.

Plenty of outlets for working, and I liked the co-working table. The outdoor area is a nice touch too.

The restaurant is located in an elite area, and while the prices are a bit higher, the quality of food and service justifies it.

The Monte Cristo sandwich was my pick. That savory ham and cheese with the sweet blueberry jam? Sounds odd, but it really works. Portion is huge though, almost too much for one person. Had to take half home.

Been coming here for years, and their Hainanese chicken rice is still the best. The garlic flavor in the rice is always spot on.
