The restaurant seems to be a family-owned business and they couldn't make you feel more at home. You can see how they make your pizza from scratch with only fresh ingredients. Plus, the amount of ingredients on top of the pizza is notable and the choice, quite innovative (try the pizza with pistachio!).Overall, a very pleasant and local experience for a very fair price. Totally recommended.

Beautiful food and really great service :)

We recently visited Alla Pace and our experience was fantastic. The restaurant specializes in seafood, and every dish was exceptional. We started with sea bass tartare, grilled scallops and sautéed mussels and clams – all were incredibly flavorful. For the main course we had truffle and shrimp pasta and seafood pasta. Both were masterpieces, with surreal combinations of flavors. The service was friendly, attentive and prompt, and the ambiance was pleasant. The price was justified by the high quality of food and service. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves excellent seafood. It’s a culinary experience you won’t forget.

After a rough start to the evening, the kindness here was a relief. The spaghetti alle vongole was generous with the clams, and the pizza crust was light and easy on the stomach. Prices are what you'd expect for the city center in summer.

The pasta vongole. That's the one. The clams were tiny and sweet, the spaghetti had just the right bite, and the white wine sauce was light but packed with flavor. A simple dish done right.

Dog-friendly patio. Brought the family. Service was friendly and professional as always. Good spot for a casual meal.

Came here for a quick bite and the pizza was ready in minutes. Really liked the crust – thin and crisp, with a nice char on the edges. It gets pretty packed later on, but for a fast, tasty slice in the middle of town, it does the job.

The seafood here is pretty good, local style. The service has a nice family-run feel to it. It was a decent spot for my birthday, though the place did get a bit loud later on.

The terrace view is stunning, right over the beach. Food quality is top-notch, portions are huge. Honestly, for what you get, the price feels very fair. A solid spot if you're looking for a good meal that won't break the bank.

The coffee was really good, strong and smooth. I just liked sitting there with my cup, watching the light change outside. The whole place felt quiet and calm.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The goulash with polenta was exactly what I needed on a cold day. Rich and hearty. Menu looked big, but I just wanted something warm.

Cozy spot under the porticoes. The vitello tonnato was the star for me—really well-executed, the veal was tender and the sauce had a nice balance. A solid choice.

Been coming here for years. The seafood is always spot on, and the chef's timing with the courses never feels rushed. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

The pizza was so good, the crust had that perfect crisp. Profiteroles were a nice sweet finish. Just a really solid meal.

Been coming here for years, and the sandwiches are always solid. That's why I keep coming back.

Popped in for a quick bite before a film. The house red was surprisingly decent for a casual spot—smooth, not too acidic. Paired nicely with the simple pasta I had. A bit pricey for what it is, but the convenience is undeniable.

The food and wine are still the main draw here. Had a simple pasta and a glass of house red, just what I needed. The room feels a bit old, but honestly, I was just there for a reliable bite in the middle of the city.

The staff here really knows their stuff! Our server helped us pick a wine that went perfectly with our pasta. Super friendly, made our girls' night out feel relaxed and taken care of.

Perfect for a quick lunch. The pesto gnocchi was really good, came out fast. Nice wine list too, tried a local white. Quick service, no fuss.

The chocolate cake was moist, not too sweet. Atmosphere's relaxed, good for a quick stop. Coffee was just okay, but I'd come back for the cake.

Been coming here for years. The prices are still great - appetizers around €8, mains around €10. You can taste the quality in the local ingredients they use, it's consistent. Desserts for €5 are a nice touch.

Marco was super friendly, made us feel right at home. The tiramisu was really good, not too sweet. Just stopped by for a quick bite.

Quick service is their thing. Got my pasta in under 10 minutes during the lunch rush. Tasted homemade, simple but good. Perfect for a quick bite when you're short on time. The place is small, got a bit loud when full.

The daily changing menu is a highlight for me. You can really taste the freshness in every dish. I appreciate how they focus on regional ingredients. The local IPA was a nice touch too.

The pistachio soufflé was the highlight — light, warm, and actually worth the wait. Seafood tasted fresh too. Service was fine, nothing over the top, but I’d come back just for that dessert.

The kremšnita here is really good—light custard, flaky pastry, not too sweet. Sat on the main square for a while, just coffee and people-watching. Coffee was decent, nothing fancy. Place gets a bit busy around midday, but fine if you're not in a hurry. I'd come back for the slice alone.

This little spot down the alley is a real find. The staff really knows their stuff, especially about the wine list. Had a great chat picking a bottle to go with the pasta.

The staff was really nice. They were patient with our picky eaters, explained the menu well, and gave some good suggestions. Service was pretty good overall.

Great spot in Trieste. Love picking my own meat from the fridge to pair with a bold red.
