Prices are fair, food’s decent. The room has this quiet hum, not too loud, not dead. Felt like I could actually breathe between bites. Nothing fancy, but it worked for a random evening out. Maybe not a place I’d rave about, but I’d come back if I’m in the area.

Tasting menu was solid — mostly local stuff, homemade or from nearby farms. Natural wine pairing worked well. Took a bit longer than expected, but worth it for a slow lunch.

Family-run place with real heart. The mixed seafood starter was fresh and well done. Waiter knew his wine pairings too. They even drove us back to our apartment after dinner — pretty unforgettable service.

Lovely little pastry spot on the edge of Lokev, cakes are light and tasty. Outdoor seating surrounded by greenery is a nice touch.

Our waiter, a Croat whose name I have forgotten, was absolutely wonderful. He moved us to an outside table in the shade and with a view of the harbor and hills when one became available. And he engaged us in friendly conversation. Beyond that, the food was excellent, particularly the mixed seafood risotto (requires two people to order). I'd happily return again and again just to have the risotto and some sparkling water (although the suggested wine was very good and not overcharged). Inside is nice but could get a bit noisy when there is a group having lunch.

Food was decent but service was disappointing. Long periods where no one was around. Dropped off wine list but never came back to take order until the food arrived 20 minutes later.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Got the pasta special, came out fast and was tasty. Exactly what I needed.

Stumbled in late, just as the lights were dimming. The warmth from the open kitchen was the first thing I felt. The pasta was simple, but the sauce had this slow-cooked depth. A quiet, comforting end to the night.

Just stopped by for a quick bite. The owner was super friendly and chatted with us. The pasta was simple but really good. Prices felt right for what you get.

Stopped by for a quick drink and the view alone is worth it. Staff were friendly, no complaints there. But if you're in a hurry, don't count on fast service—took a while to get my order. Fine for a relaxed stop, not for a quick bite. Location's great though, right in the middle of everything.

Been coming here for years, and the frico is still my go-to. They keep it simple, just potatoes and cheese done right. It's that kind of reliable, no-fuss bite I keep coming back for.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our drinks came with complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch.

We were there on New Year’s Eve. The food and wine and service was great. The only issue is that we didn’t realize how long the entire dinner would take. We got there at 9pm and hoped to be done by 11-11:30pm at the latest. We had to leave without getting our desert and champagne because we wanted to see the fireworks and the countdown from Piazza L’Unita before 12pm. It was my fault for not asking how long we would be there. We love the restaurant, have been there before, and will continue to go again. Happy New Year!

The pizza here is authentic, not the touristy kind. I really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients, especially the tomatoes and basil on my Margherita. You could tell everything was high quality.

Been coming here for years. It's a nice, quiet corner spot, good for a simple family dinner. The pasta is always solid, just how we like it. Prices are fair for the neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but that's the point.

The fish here is solid—fresh and well-prepared. Had a good dinner watching the sunset. Service was fine, nothing to complain about.

Spicy burger had a proper kick, not gonna lie. If you don't handle heat well, skip it. I'm curious about the new Mexican one though, might come back for that. Place was busy but I got my food quick enough. Nothing fancy, just solid.

Stopped by for a quick bite and a glass of local wine—risotto was solid, nothing fancy but tasty. Good spot to grab a Tomislav and watch the evening roll by. Prices fair for the area.

The pasta marinara was fantastic. I paired it with a glass of their house red, which really brought out the tomato's acidity. The fish main was solid, though I wish the salad had a bit more dressing. A good meal.

The China spritz was a solid choice. Good selection of drinks overall. Cocktails are well-made, not overly sweet. A reliable spot for a post-work drink.

Service was spot on. Staff were friendly, attentive without hovering. They got the timing right, drinks topped up, plates cleared promptly. Just felt well taken care of.

The local wines really are the highlight here. I appreciated that they had some lighter options by the glass. Service was friendly and quick, though the space felt a bit snug.

Stayed here while checking out the mercury mine stuff. Room was clean, bed fine. Parking's a bit of a pain, ended up leaving the car across the road by the river. Worked out okay. Good spot if you're just passing through Idrija.

Fuži with truffle sauce was so good, even our picky toddler cleaned the plate 😅 Service was quick and friendly, perfect for a casual lunch stop.

The pasta puttanesca was good. But honestly, for the price they charge, the portion was a bit small. I was still a little hungry after finishing it. Saw a lot of locals though.

A decent local pub with a solid beer selection. The staff were friendly, and the toasties were pretty good. It got a bit loud later in the evening, but overall a fine spot.

Beautiful food and really great service :)
