Stopped by for a quick lunch. Meat dishes were solid, owner actually explained the pairings without rushing me. Took a bit longer than I hoped but worth it for a proper bite.

Prices are fair, food’s decent. The room has this quiet hum, not too loud, not dead. Felt like I could actually breathe between bites. Nothing fancy, but it worked for a random evening out. Maybe not a place I’d rave about, but I’d come back if I’m in the area.

Food was solid, portions generous for the price. Service friendly without being overbearing. Decent spot if you're in the area.

The garden’s really pretty, and the tiramisu was a solid way to end the meal. Service was friendly enough, but if you’re vegetarian, the main options are pretty thin. I’m not a big meat eater, so that was a bit of a letdown. Still, for what we paid, the portions felt fair. Just wish there was one more veggie dish.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. The grilled meat was decent, came out hot and juicy. Price felt fair for what you got. Staff tried their best with my English, no complaints there. Place was a bit busy but that's fine. Would eat here again if I'm in the area.

The Ljubljanska steak was solid—good size, cooked properly. Staff were friendly and didn't keep me waiting. That's about all I needed for a quick dinner stop.

Tasting menu was solid — mostly local stuff, homemade or from nearby farms. Natural wine pairing worked well. Took a bit longer than expected, but worth it for a slow lunch.

Our waiter, a Croat whose name I have forgotten, was absolutely wonderful. He moved us to an outside table in the shade and with a view of the harbor and hills when one became available. And he engaged us in friendly conversation. Beyond that, the food was excellent, particularly the mixed seafood risotto (requires two people to order). I'd happily return again and again just to have the risotto and some sparkling water (although the suggested wine was very good and not overcharged). Inside is nice but could get a bit noisy when there is a group having lunch.

This little pizza spot is the real deal. Right by the water, you can see the sea from the table. The crust had a nice char, and the mozzarella was fresh and creamy. Just a simple, solid pizza done right.

The pizza menu is massive, and grabbing a cold HB with it just works. That crisp lager cuts right through the richness of the pepperoni and cheese. Simple, classic pairing. They get it.

Been coming here for years. Staff always remembers my usual order, and they're genuinely nice. Makes a difference when you just want a quiet meal without any fuss.

Stopped by for a late afternoon drink. The view is lovely. Their house prosecco was a pleasant surprise – crisp and not too sweet, a solid choice for the price. Made for a relaxing hour just watching the street.

The pasta with truffle sauce was the standout. Creamy, rich, and the truffle flavor was deep without being overpowering. Could have used a bit more pasta for the price, but the taste itself was spot on.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Got the pasta special, came out fast and was tasty. Exactly what I needed.

Been coming here for years, and the frico is still my go-to. They keep it simple, just potatoes and cheese done right. It's that kind of reliable, no-fuss bite I keep coming back for.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our drinks came with complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch.

Came for pizza, chef was off. The salmon and gnocchi were spot on though. Portions are generous.

The seafood platter for two was fresh and worth the price. Been here a few times now, and it stays consistent. Service was solid even with the place packed.

We were there on New Year’s Eve. The food and wine and service was great. The only issue is that we didn’t realize how long the entire dinner would take. We got there at 9pm and hoped to be done by 11-11:30pm at the latest. We had to leave without getting our desert and champagne because we wanted to see the fireworks and the countdown from Piazza L’Unita before 12pm. It was my fault for not asking how long we would be there. We love the restaurant, have been there before, and will continue to go again. Happy New Year!

Stumbled upon this spot a while ago. I keep returning for their pizza—the crust is always perfectly crisp, and you can really taste the freshness of the tomato base. It’s a nice, simple option for a weeknight.

The pizza here is authentic, not the touristy kind. I really appreciated the freshness of the ingredients, especially the tomatoes and basil on my Margherita. You could tell everything was high quality.

The staff here has such a warm, genuine way about them. It’s not just a greeting—it’s a feeling that settles you in. Felt like a quiet, familiar comfort from the moment I walked in.

Meat lover's dream. The sausages had a perfect snap, and the pork was juicy. Busy night but the staff kept things moving. Glad we found this spot away from the main drag.

A nice surprise, the pizza tonno was one of the best I've had. Thin, crispy crust, and the tuna was just right. Staff was quick to get us a good table too.

Stumbled in late, just as the lights were dimming. The warmth from the open kitchen was the first thing I felt. The pasta was simple, but the sauce had this slow-cooked depth. A quiet, comforting end to the night.

The outside sitting area was lovely, nicely decorated and very pleasant to eat.The fish and seafood dishes were delicious. Very welcoming and friendly staff.
