The fried calamari is a solid quick bite. Light, not greasy, good flavor. Came out fast, which is what I needed. 👍

The owners are genuinely nice people. They remembered my name from last time and asked how I liked the new special. Just a friendly, neighborhood spot.

Tried the spicy crispy chicken sandwich and eggs Benedict. The food was good, but the chairs were a bit uncomfortable for a longer meal.

Been coming here for years off I-5. The prime rib and eggs is my usual. Steak is always tender, cooked just right. Place is clean, garden's nice. A solid, reliable spot.

The "Texan" breakfast is huge, seriously. I barely made a dent in it but it was so good I had to keep going. Perfect for sharing with friends if you're really hungry!

The fish & chips were solid, and the meatloaf hit the spot. Our server was really attentive, which was nice. I appreciated their wine list - found a nice Pinot Noir that worked well with both dishes.

Been coming here for years, and the ramen is still the reason. That broth has a depth you just don't find elsewhere. Sure, it's a bit of a splurge for a bowl of noodles, but I keep coming back for it. It's just consistently good.

The octopus panzanella was cooked perfectly, and the steak salad had great flavor. Service was on point.

The staff here is super friendly! Rebecca remembered our group from last time and made us feel so welcome.

Their menudo is pretty good. I ordered online and picked it up, which was easy. The broth had a nice depth of flavor. The tripe was tender, though I wish there was a bit more meat. A solid choice for a quick lunch.

Convenient spot downtown. Had the classic burger and fries, and it was a solid portion for the price. Got me fueled up for a few hours of walking around. Quick service too, which was nice.

Soup bar's the real deal here. Got the seafood and hot and sour, both were solid. Broth had good flavor, not watered down. Been coming for years, it's always reliable.

Lulu's has the coolest retro vibe. I love those red booths in the diner section. The lounge area feels like a total time capsule. Such a neat spot with so much local history.

The place is tiny, but wow, the portions are massive. Everything's packed with flavor. Got the spicy chicken bowl and could barely finish it. Solid deal for what you pay.

The staff here are so chill! Came in right before closing and they didn't rush us at all. Super friendly, and they even gave us free dessert chips. Perfect for a long, relaxed chat with friends.

The beer flight is a solid way to sample their house brews. I liked that I could try a few without committing to a full pint. The space itself is pretty cool, lots of wood and industrial lighting.

Spring rolls and chicken satay are solid. But the Panang and Red Curry Beef are the real deal. Perfectly spiced, not too heavy. Portions are big. That's it.

Tried the Mongolian BBQ for the first time. The whole "choose your own ingredients" thing was really fun, and they grill it right there at your table. My plate was loaded with veggies and beef. A solid spot for something different.
