Lines are crazy on weekends, but their online Fast Pass is a lifesaver. We waited a bit, but the ramen broth was so rich and flavorful. Perfect for catching up with friends over a hot bowl.

First time trying Jiro-style ramen. The standard bowl had a sweet pork bone broth, crisp onions were a nice touch. Those extra-thick noodles are the real star though, great texture.

The nabe curry udon was spot on. That thick Kanazawa-style curry had real depth. The udon was perfectly chewy. I added cheese and mochi, which worked well. Owner was friendly. My only note is the wine list is quite short, but the beer went fine with the rich curry.
