Lines are crazy on weekends, but their online Fast Pass is a lifesaver. We waited a bit, but the ramen broth was so rich and flavorful. Perfect for catching up with friends over a hot bowl.

First time trying Jiro-style ramen. The standard bowl had a sweet pork bone broth, crisp onions were a nice touch. Those extra-thick noodles are the real star though, great texture.
