I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the fish dishes at Simples, especially the golden-eyed snapper. The chef&#39;s skill in preparing the ingredients really shines through, making each bite a delightful experience.

Small spot inside the department store. It gets really packed on weekends, so I prefer going on a weekday. Much more relaxed.

The burger was fine, but I was really taken by the space. So much room to breathe, high ceilings and soft lighting. Just felt peaceful sitting there for a while.
