The menu is creative for sure, and the vibe is charming. Just know you'll pay a bit more for that quality. I liked how fresh the ingredients felt.

That Zakana Asia plate hit different. Honestly one of the better things I've eaten in a while. Price was fair for what you get too. Wish I lived closer so I could come back more often.

The tuna fritters were really good, nice crispy bite. Service was friendly and quick, didn't have to wait around for anything.

Came for the sunset, stayed for the bacon-wrapped shrimp. Red snapper was solid too. Right on the beach, can't beat that view. Some other plates were just okay, nothing special. Decent spot if you're in the area.

The mushroom appetizer and beef filet were pretty good. Tiramisu with cappuccino was a decent way to finish. Solid spot in Mazatlan.

The pulpo al ajillo was the star—ordered it three times. Tortilla came out hard though. One waiter for the whole room meant slow service.

Grilled octopus was spot on, and the fish came out fresh and hot. Service was quick even during the lunch rush. Solid spot if you need a fast, decent meal.

Came for the arrachera, left thinking about the burgers too. Meat was juicy, seasoned just right. Prices are decent for what you get. Only thing is service drags a bit when it's packed. Had to wait a while for the check, but honestly the food made up for it.

Lovely old building right on the square, we sat upstairs with a nice view. The chicken in pink mole was really good, well plated too. Just know there's a dress code and it's not cheap.

The pork belly taco was the star — juicy, smoky, zero frills. Specials are cheap but don't expect anything fancy. I'd skip the sides.

The seafood cocktails were fresh, no complaints there. But the octopus and shrimp burger with melted cheese? Kind of small for what you pay. Tasty though, just wish the portion matched the price.

The fish tacos were solid and the place wasn't packed with tourists, which I appreciated. Open-air setup with fans kept it comfortable even when it got busy. Just wish I'd shown up a bit earlier to grab a better seat.

Shrimp plate was decent but the shrimp came out smaller than I expected. Coconut shrimp were a little sweet for me. Taco salad was the winner though. Service was slow but whatever, not in a rush.

The campechana hit right—fresh shrimp, decent kick of spice. Big portion for what they charge. That’s pretty much all I need from a place like this. Garden seating’s there if you care, but honestly I was too busy eating to notice.

Came for the live music, stayed for the shrimp po' boy. It was packed with flavor, fries were decent too. Classic rock in the background made it a pretty good spot to hang out. Service was fine, nothing special. Just a solid, casual place.

Grabbed a quick lunch here. Pasta was solid, came out fast. Lasagna though, way too salty for me. Tiramisu was weird, more like chocolate flan. Stick to the pasta, that's the safe bet. Good for a fast bite if you're in a hurry.

Brought our catch from the morning and they cooked it right up. Fish tacos came out solid, fresh and simple. Staff didn't make it complicated, just handled it. Place was chill, nothing fancy. Good stop if you're in the area and have your own fish. 👍

The eggplant appetizer was really good, and the spaghetti pesto too. My partner got the steak and he seemed happy with it. Service was friendly, didn't have to wait long for anything. Only thing is the chairs are a bit hard, but that's minor. Enjoyed the meal overall.

Tuna carnitas were solid, seared just right. Guava pie was the highlight though. Service was quick, got in and out during lunch rush.

Fun spot with a good mix of people. The live music was a nice touch, though it got a bit loud for chatting. Fried chicken was solid.

This is my spot when I need a sushi fix. Fish always tastes fresh, rice is seasoned just right. I usually grab a bottle of sake to go with the tuna roll, pairs nicely. Place gets a bit busy around noon, but the bar seating is comfortable enough to eat solo. Solid choice if you're in the area.

Stopped by for a happy hour drink and ended up staying longer than planned. The 2-for-1 deal is solid, and the shrimp ceviche was fresh. Whole fried snapper was good too, crispy on the outside. The lady making tortillas right there in the open was my favorite part. They also do a free tequila tasting of their own brand, which is a nice bonus. Place gets a bit loud but whatever.

Kids had a blast at the play area, and the portions were big enough to share. Food was decent, nothing fancy. Just gotta deal with the wait if you come at peak times.

Came here twice while we were in town. That fish with orange sauce is something else, seriously good. Desserts were a nice way to end the meal. Service was on point both visits, no complaints there. Just wish we had room to try more stuff off the menu.

Scallops were the move. Got the marinated octopus toasts too, super fresh. Place was packed but food came out quick. One of the better seafood spots I've hit in La Laguna.
