Had the filet on the patio. The cut was so fresh and tender, you could really taste the quality of the meat. The simple seasoning let the ingredients shine. A very pleasant evening.

Stopped in for breakfast while passing through Mt. Shasta. The custom waffle was the star for me—so crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. A really nice spot, super friendly to families and pets. The staff was chill and helpful.

Their pork carnitas are so good! Crispy on the outside, super juicy inside. Perfect for sharing with friends.

Portions are generous for the price. The spaghetti and meatballs is a classic done right, and the cheesecake is a must-try.

The self-serve coffee bar is such a fun idea for hanging out! You can try different roasts with friends. The drip coffee I had was really solid. Just a heads up, it can get a little busy on weekends.

Alua's Thrive Bar in Mount Shasta is more than just a café – it's a destination for anyone seeking delicious, healthy food in a charming and friendly setting. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this café is a spot you wouldn't want to miss. With its top-notch menu, inclusive options, and delightful ambiance, Alua's Thrive Bar has earned a top spot in my list of favorite cafes. One of the highlights of Alua's Thrive Bar is its commitment to organic and healthy ingredients. I started my visit with an Organic Coffee, which was exceptionally rich and flavorful. It was evident that they take their coffee seriously, and the quality shone through in every sip.Next, I indulged in one of their renowned Acai Bowls. The presentation was picturesque, bursting with fresh fruits and granola. It was not only a feast for the eyes but also for the palate. The blend of flavors and textures made every spoonful an absolute delight. The Superfood Smoothies are a must-try. I opted for the 'Mango Dragon' and was impressed by the perfect balance of sweetness and nutrition. It's clear that Alua's Thrive Bar doesn't compromise on taste while catering to health-conscious customers. For a heartier option, I sampled the Avocado Toast and a Bagel Sandwich. Both were exemplary in freshness and taste. The avocado toast, with its creamy topping on a crispy base, was simple yet satisfying. The bagel sandwich, on the other hand, was a delightful mix of fresh ingredients, making for a fulfilling meal. What truly sets this café apart is its extensive range of gluten-free and vegan options, catering to various dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or quality. As someone who appreciates inclusive dining options, this was a significant plus.

The pizza crust is just right, not too thick or thin. Toppings taste fresh, like they were just prepped. It's a comfortable spot for a quiet lunch, and the staff is very friendly.

The portions are huge for the price. Got the cranberry salad with chicken and soup, definitely enough for two.
