I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted. The tomato bisque was a standout, you could tell the tomatoes were ripe and high-quality. The spaghetti and meatballs were good, though I wish there were a few more vegetable options on the menu to balance it out.

The rolls came with this amazing grass-fed butter. You could taste the difference. And the dressings are all made from scratch. It's clear they care about the little things.

Even for a late dinner, this place was packed. The wine list had some nice, easy-drinking options that fit the casual vibe perfectly.

Great spot for a casual business lunch. The outdoor patio is spacious and quiet enough to talk. Service was prompt. Had the grilled salmon salad - fresh and decent portion. A bit pricey for lunch, but the location near the financial district is convenient.

Cozy little spot. The staff was super friendly, offered us a sample right away. That was a nice touch. Got the mushroom risotto, it was creamy and hit the spot. A bit on the pricier side, but the vibe was chill.

Competition-style ribs, solid garlic and brown sugar rub. Meat was tender, didn't really need the sauce. Table sauce was tangy, but a bit too sweet for my taste. Good portion.

Matt and Dallas were fantastic. They took the time to talk wine with me, suggesting a great bottle that paired perfectly with my steak. Really made the evening.

Been coming here for years with the family. The chicken is solid, and the portions are huge—never finish mine. What really works is their house red; it's simple but pairs surprisingly well with the roast chicken. A bit noisy on weekends, though.

Been coming here for years, and the chorizo scramble is my go-to. It's always just right—spicy but not greasy, and the eggs are never overcooked. That consistency keeps me coming back. Amanda's great about the coffee refills too.

Liz behind the bar was on point. She knew the menu inside out, got my order right away, and kept my drink topped up without me asking. Really smooth service.

The atmosphere at Culture ETX is vibrant and inviting. The open kitchen adds a unique touch, allowing diners to see the chefs in action.

The lunch special is a nice way to try a few things. I really liked the cilantro rice, you could tell it was made fresh that day. The tortilla soup was good too, very light.

Came for dinner and the grilled ribeye with ranchero sauce and shrimp was cooked perfectly. The portion was huge, I had to take half of it home. Good for two meals honestly.

The sauce bar is a game changer. I spent way too long trying a little of each one, and they were all so good. My fries never stood a chance.

Smaller spot but service is solid. Food comes out fast even when it's busy.

Came back for the ribeye again, it's always juicy and tender. The spicy salmon is good too. But the portion for the price? A bit on the smaller side. I left feeling like I needed a little more for what I paid.

The bar is gorgeous, really sets a nice vibe. Got the Caesar and the tartare to start. Both were fresh and tasty. But honestly, the portions for the price? A bit on the small side for what you pay.

The sweet tea is just right, not too sweet. Broccoli cheese soup had a good texture, creamy but not heavy. Place is always clean, which I appreciate. Service is solid, they're on top of things.

Celebrated our anniversary here. The service was spot on. They brought out a complimentary butter cake dessert, which was a nice touch. The wine list had some interesting local options that paired well with the richer dishes. A solid choice for a special evening.

Weekend prime rib was cooked just right, a nice medium rare. The meat was tender and had good flavor. A solid choice for a weekend dinner.

Loved the veggie options here! My friend's filet was spot on. Perfect spot for a casual dinner with the girls. Parking was easy too, which is always a plus.

Been coming here for years, and that pot roast never disappoints. It’s always fall-apart tender, just like it was the first time. That’s the kind of consistency that keeps me coming back to a place like this.

The brick courtyard is so peaceful, and the live music was a nice touch. Felt more upscale than a typical bar.

Barbacoa tacos were a bit dry. But the shrimp cocktail... wow. So sweet. Packed with shrimp. Cantaloupe agua fresca was perfectly balanced. That shrimp made the visit.
