The Kogane pork omelette was a standout, perfectly cooked and rich. Their sukiyaki hotpot was also solid. I appreciated the wine list—found a nice Pinot Noir that paired surprisingly well with both dishes. A good spot for a relaxed dinner.

Chef Takashi Hattori created an unforgettable dining experience with a perfect blend of Hokkaido and Kyoto flavors. The sake pairing was exceptional, making it a must-visit for Japanese cuisine lovers!

King crab legs and sautéed mushrooms were solid. Perfect for a quick bite. Got my food fast, which is what I needed. Good spot for a casual lunch.

The staff here are so kind. They noticed my elderly companion and offered a more comfortable seat without us even asking. That thoughtful gesture made the whole visit feel very relaxed.

The crab legs were fresh and the beef carving station was a hit with my friends! We kept going back for more. Desserts were a nice surprise too, not the usual dry buffet cakes. A solid spot for a casual group dinner.

I keep coming back for that tofu salad. The texture is just right, and the dressing has this gentle, savory note. It's the one dish I think about between visits. Getting a table is a bit of a mission, though.

The dry-aged steak here is the real deal. The crust is dark and crisp, the inside stays so tender. You get that deep, concentrated beef flavor. It's a cut above the usual.

They have an English menu which helps. Tried the butadon - the pork was tender, cooked just right. Main dishes are priced okay.

Love watching them make everything by hand! The staff were so chill and clearly into it. The inside looks awesome, but yeah, the outside is super easy to walk right past. 😅

I had the roast pork and it was exquisite! The flavors were rich and the meat was incredibly tender. The atmosphere was stylish and perfect for a date.

Cozy downstairs bar. Bartenders were friendly and efficient. Good spot for a drink after skiing.

The miso ramen portion is huge, really generous with the pork slices. I got the spicy one, it was tasty but a bit oily for me. The price felt fair for the amount you get. Menu's in English too.

Found this cute spot while wandering around. Their shrimp curry is the real deal - creamy, with a nice kick, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. The pork rice was good too, but that curry is what I'll come back for.

The soy ramen is tasty and the portion is generous. I really liked the vibe here—the wooden tables and warm lighting felt cozy, not too loud. A good spot for a casual meal.

The restaurant's ambiance is lovely, and the service is top-notch. I enjoyed the lamb dish, which was flavorful and easy to eat despite its generous portion. Overall, a great dining experience at Park Hyatt.
